L'histoire de la pensée occidentale est incompréhensible sans la contribution du philosophe arabo-musulman Ibn Sina, dit Avicenne. Mais on oublie trop souvent que ce penseur majeur fut d'abord un croyant et un théologien. Voici enfin l'étude qui rend justice à la fois à son œuvre et à sa biographie. Birey, parçası olduğu toplum ve çevresini kuşatan kültürün içinde kendisini konumlandırdığı noktadan dünyayı deneyimleyerek anlamlandırmakta, zihninde dünyayı bir tablo biçiminde yorumlamasının sonucunda dünya görüşü ortaya çıkmaktadır. İlk olarak fizikte sözü edilen, daha sonra felsefe ve dilbilim disiplinlerinde araştırmalara konu edilen dünya görüşünün böyle genel bir tanımı, terimin paradigmatik ve ontolojik yönüne ışık tutmaktadır. Bağlantısal bütünsellik, her bir birimin bir üst birimin parçası olduğu ve aralarındaki enformasyon bağlantısı sayesinde bir bütün oluşturduğu ağ yapılarını tanımlamak için kullanılmaktadır. Burada bağlantısal bütünselliğin yanı sıra, (...) bireyin deneyimlerinin depolandığı, nöronlar arası bağlantılar sayesinde meydana gelen ve beynin bağlantısallığını ifade eden ağ anlamına gelen konnektom teriminin önemi ortaya çıkmaktadır. 21. yüzyılda nörobilim çalışmalarının bilim dünyasına kazandırdığı önemli terimlerden biri olan bağlantısal bütünsellik terimi, yaşamın her alanına uygulanabilirliği açısından, dünya görüşü fenomenini de tüm yönleriyle açıklığa kavuşturmayı mümkün kılmaktadır. Düşünce, insan, dünya, gerçeklik, kültür ve dil düzleminde bütünsel açıdan ele alınması gereken dünya görüşü ile özgül yapısı gereği bütünsellik taşıyan bağlantısallık yaklaşımı arasında hem ortaklık hem de disiplinler arasılık söz konusudur. Özetle söylenecek olursa, dünya görüşü fenomeninde bağlantısal bütünselliğin dil ve kültür izdüşümü sonucunda meydana geldiği düşünülmektedir. Dil ve kültür, dünya görüşü ağının temel parçalarıdır. Düşünmek, insan hayatının vazgeçilmez unsurlarından biridir. Eleştirel düşünme ise insanın zihnini hatadan koruyarak doğru ve tutarlı düşünmesini sağlamaktadır. Ancak bu düşünme şekli doğuştan getirilmeyip eğitimle geliştirilmektedir. Disiplinli düşünmeyi öğrenen insan gerek bireysel hayatında gerek çevresinde gerekse profesyonel hayatta daha başarılı bir yol izleyecektir. Bu eser de eleştirel düşünmeye bir giriş niteliğinde olmakla beraber alana dair okumalara yeni başlayanlar için önemli bir ilk adım niteliğindedir.

Plus encore que la mondialisation des échanges, le commerce des hommes sur Internet et sa réglementation mettent à l'épreuve la diversité des modèles culturels et politiques marqués jusqu'ici par la souveraineté territoriale des espaces nationaux ou régionaux. L'article montre, à travers quelques exemples, comment la normativité sur Internet s'élabore de manière à la fois multiple et hétérogène avec une grande diversité de normes et d'acteurs qui interviennent pour fixer les formats d'échange, la répartition des ressources, les normes de comportement, les (...) règles du marché, les standards techniques. Les auteurs identifient quelques-uns des enjeux principaux dont la Francophonie doit se saisir en ce domaine, et proposent des pistes pour donner sens à une gouvernance francophone d'Internet, avec le triple objectif d'une approche démocratique, d'une ouverture aux pays non occidentaux et d'un plurilinguisme assumé.Even more than the globalization of exchanges, social and commercial interactions on the Internet, as well as their regulation, challenge the diversity of cultural and political models which had been determined until then by the territorial sovereignty of Nations. This paper shows, through some examples, how norms are established on the Internet in multiple and heterogeneous ways, with a great diversity of mechanisms, arenas and actors taking part in the formatting of exchanges, distribution of resources, behavioral norms, market rules, technical standards. The authors identify some of the main stakes Francophony should seize in this field, and propose ideas to build a francophone approach to Internet governance, with the triple objective of consolidating democracy, being inclusive towards non-Western countries and upholding multilingualism. L'une détermine l'image comme une doublure du réel, qui re-présente quelque chose, et tient lieu d'une chose absente. Cette caractérisation de l'image comme un double et une entité matérielle qui se forme dans les puissances-organes comme par réification s'inscrit dans la conception antique et médiévale de l'image. L'image, dans l'horizon épistémique de l'Antiquité et du Moyen (...) Âge, n'est jamais conçue, en effet, que dans sa relation à ce qu'elle représente. This paper discusses in critical terms Muhammad ‘Abd al-Jabiri’s influential philosophical work. It engages, in particular, in the analysis of the assumptions underlying the radical contrast that al-Jabiri sets up between Avicenna’s philosophy – which is supposed to represent irrationality and Gnosticism – and that of Averroes who, according to him, breaks decisively with that current of thought and thus makes exercising philosophical thought once again possible. After a close discussion of the positions of classical philosophers , the author concludes (...) that it is the very validity of the notion of “Arab reason” that has to be questioned in al-Jabiri’s analysis. The principles offered by beliefs affect the thinking styles of individuals. Although it has been argued in recent studies that believers and non-believers have different thinking styles, there are few studies examining the relationship between belief and cognitive styles in Muslim groups. In this study, the relationships between intrinsic religious motivation and "critical thinking", which is one of the most desired thinking skills today, and " dichotomous thinking", which can be expressed as black-and-white thinking and primarily associated with negative structures, (...) were examined. The study was carried out with 395 university students, and the data was obtained by a socio-demographic information form, the Intrinsic Religious Motivation Scale, the Critical Thinking Disposition Scale, and the Dichotomous Thinking Scale. Findings suggested a positive significant relationship between intrinsic religious motivation and critical thinking and dichotomous thinking, and a positive significant relationship between critical thinking and dichotomous thinking. Regarding the relationship between dichotomous thinking and critical thinking, intrinsic religious motivation had a mediating role. The Islamic faith often invites reasoning and thinking and affirms this way of thinking; at the same time, it offers various conceptual tools for dichotomous thinking with discourses such as heaven-hell, good-evil, dark-light, and faith-denial. Although critical thinking and dichotomous thinking are seen as opposite constructs, the findings have been interpreted as the Islamic belief supporting both critical thinking and dichotomous thinking at the same time, thus reducing the rigidity of dichotomous thinking. The findings were discussed in the light of the relevant literature, and suggestions were made for further research. (shrink)

Background: Attention to patients’ spirituality, as a moral obligation of care, is now widely accepted in nursing practice. However, until recently, many nursing programs have paid little attention to spirituality. Objective: The objective of this study was to identify the impact of two different curricula, used to teach undergraduate nursing students, on increasing nursing student awareness of spirituality in the care of patients. Research design: A quasi-experimental post-intervention two-group design was conducted in 2009–2010 and 2010–2011 academic years. Participants and research (...) context: The study included a total of 130 volunteer senior-year students. The students were assigned as “the intervention group/integrated system” that were informed about spirituality or as “the control group/traditional system” that received no information on spirituality. Data were collected via a personal information form and the Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale was used to assess responses. The study was conducted at the Department of Nursing of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Cumhuriyet University, in Central Anatolia/Turkey. Ethical considerations: Permission to conduct the study at the nursing school was obtained from the schools’ management teams. The rights of the participants were protected in this study by obtaining informed consent. Findings: The results revealed that the intervention group had a higher mean score on the Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale than did the control group. The students in the intervention group defined the terms of spirituality and spiritual care more accurately than did the control group students. Discussion: Nurses are professionally and ethically responsible for providing spiritual care. Nurses’ competence in meeting the spiritual needs of their patients should be improved by undergraduate education on spiritual care. Nursing scholars reported a significant difference in the knowledge and attitudes toward spirituality of nursing students as a result of the integration of spirituality into the undergraduate nursing curriculum. Toplumsal cinsiyet, erkek ve kadının toplumsal yönden belirlenmiş olan rol ve sorumluluklarını ifade etmek üzere ortaya çıkmış bir kavramdır. Cinsiyetsizleştirme veya cinsiyetsizlik kavramı ise doğuştan gelen ve yaratılış gereği sahip olunan cinsiyet kalıplarının gereksizliğine vurgu yapan, cinsiyet üzerinden oluşan toplumsal kabullerden sıyrılmayı hedefleyen bir zihniyetin dışa vurumudur. Her iki düşünce yapısında eleştirdiğimiz husus ise ataerkil toplum yapısının adaletsiz ve ayrımcı olduğuna dikkat çekilmek istenirken biyolojik cinsiyet özelliklerinin yok sayılmak istenmesidir. Cinsiyet seçiminin bireylerin kendilerine bırakılması fikrine kadar uzanan bu özgürlük anlayışı, (...) insan fıtratının ve toplumsal değerlerin tahrip edilmesine neden olmaktadır. Oysa İslam dini fıtratı bozmaya yönelik her türlü müdahaleyi şer‘î ve hukukî açıdan sakıncalı görerek yasaklamıştır. Bu yönüyle cinsiyetsizleştirme projeleri İslam’ın dayandığı temel esaslara aykırıdır. Bu çalışma ile cinsiyet temelli güncel tartışmaların dayanak noktalarının tespiti sağlanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, İslam hukukunun cinsiyetler arasında ayrımcı ve imtiyazcı bir tavrı benimsemediğini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Zira İslam'ın temel kaynaklarında toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine ilişkin dengeleyici bir politika izlenmektedir. Cinsiyet savunucularının düşüncelerinin aksine, cinsiyet ayrımının temeli dinî kaynaklardan değil ataerkil düşünce yapısından kaynaklanmaktadır. Bir diğer amaç ise cinsiyetler arası eşitlikten ziyade cinsiyet rolleri üzerinde sağlanacak adaletin toplum değerleri açısından dengeleyici bir yaklaşım olacağının altını çizmektir. Toplumsal düzen arayışında adil, dengeleyici ve bütünleştirici bir tutum benimsemek cinsiyetler arasında ortaya çıkan sorunların aşılması noktasında tutarlı bir yaklaşım oluşturacaktır. Çalışmamız, nitel bir yaklaşımla literatür tarama yöntemi ve veri analizi tekniği ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çerçevede toplumsal cinsiyet ve cinsiyetsizlik söylemlerinin neslin korunması adına oluşturabileceği problemler ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışma, cinsiyetsiz toplum söyleminin, bireylerin kişilik haklarına yönelik bir müdahale olduğu görüşünü ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca bu tür söylemlerin, toplumun temelini oluşturan aile değerlerini tehdit ettiği ve dolayısıyla toplumsal yapıyı bozduğu yönündeki endişelere dikkat çekmektedir. Çalışmayı önemli kılan bir diğer husus, cinsiyetler üzerinden kullanılan çatışmacı dilin, kadın ve erkeği birbirleriyle rekabet etmeye yönlendirerek karşı karşıya getirdiğini vurgulamasıdır. Toplumsal konuların erkek ve kadın değil, insan hakları perspektifinden ele alınması, insanların dillerine, dinlerine, renklerine, mesleklerine veya cinsiyetlerine göre değerlendirilmemesi gerektiği yönüne dikkat çekilmiştir. Çalışmamız neticesinde toplumsal cinsiyet düşüncesinin toplumda ahlaki, hukuki, dinî ve kültürel değerler ile ilgili pek çok problemi beraberinde getirdiği saptanmıştır. (shrink)

Dini bir kavram olan tevekkül, aynı zamanda son yıllarda psikoloji araştırmalarına da konu olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı din bilimleri araştırmalarında kullanmak amacıyla Pakistan Müslümanları üzerinde geliştirilen Tevekkül Ölçeği’ni Türk kültürüne uyarlamaktır. Bu amaçla toplamda 595 kişiden oluşan iki farklı çalışma grubundan elde edilen veriler üzerinde geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri yürütülmüştür. İlk çalışma grubundan elde edilen verilere uygulanan Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi sonuçlarına göre maddelerin orijinal ölçekte olduğu gibi 4 faktörde toplandığı, faktörlerin toplam varyansın %60,21’ini açıkladığı görülmüştür. Elde edilen faktörlere ikinci çalışma (...) grubundan elde edilen veriler kullanılarak Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi uygulanmış ve elde edilen model kabul edilebilir uyum düzeyinde bulunmuştur. Ölçüt bağıntılı geçerlik bulguları da ölçeğin uyum sağladığını göstermiş, tevekkül ile bilişsel kontrol ve esneklik arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı pozitif yönlü ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayısı ilk örneklemde,899; ikinci örneklemde,923’tür. Ölçeğin düzeltilmiş madde toplam korelasyon katsayılarının birinci çalışma grubunda,39 ile,72; ikinci çalışma grubunda,43 ile,72 arasında sıralandığı görülmüştür. 23 madde ve dört alt boyuttan oluşan ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik kriterlerini karşıladığı görülmektedir. Uyarlanan Tevekkül Ölçeği Türk kültüründe yürütülecek araştırmalarda kullanılmak için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracıdır. (shrink)

Research has found an inverse relationship between posttraumatic growth and suicidal ideation in military and community samples that holds when controlling for other suicide risk factors. However, further research is needed into the underlying mechanisms to clarify how PTG protects against the formation of suicidal ideation. The current two-wave longitudinal study examined whether perceiving PTG from recent adverse circumstances while in a national lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic attenuated the positive relationship of two interpersonal suicide risk factors – perceived burdensomeness (...) and thwarted belonginess –over 6 weeks. Participants were recruited online from Prolific from income-deprived areas in the United Kingdom. Post-hoc power analyses indicated we had insufficient power to examine the hypothesised mediation for TB. We examined whether PTG mediated the relationship between PB at wave 1 and wave 2 while controlling for depression and anxiety in a sample of individuals at-risk for suicidal ideation. PTG did significantly and partially mediate the positive relationship between PB at wave 1 and 2. We discuss the theoretical and clinical implications that could result if future research successfully replicates these initial exploratory findings. (shrink)

This systematic review aims to develop a conceptual framework to identify nursing‐sensitive indicators for preventing and managing pressure ulcers. The first step involves defining evidence‐based indicators critical to effective prevention and management. The second step examines the relationships influencing the management of these indicators, using insights derived from scientific research findings. This review is guided by a conceptual framework rooted in Structural State Theory and uses a methodological approach. A total of 956 articles were identified through a search of original (...) references from Medline/PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane Library, and CINAHL, covering the period from 2012 to 2023. A systematic review of 29 studies identified 241 relationships between dependent and independent variables. A theoretical conceptual framework highlighted nursing‐sensitive indicators (independent variables) related to patients, nurses, pressure injury/ulcer management, organizational structure, and their association with pressure injury/ulcer outcomes (dependent variables). The analysis showed that patient‐focused studies had the highest frequency of relationships. This review highlights the complexity of managing pressure injuries/ulcers and the essential role of nursing care practices and interventions in shaping outcomes. The findings highlight the need for specialized wound care nurses and further research on nursing interventions, urging hospitals to invest in structural changes and nurse education. (shrink)

The purpose of this paper is modelling and controlling the spread of COVID-19 disease in Morocco. A nonlinear mathematical model with two subclasses of infectious individuals is proposed. The population is divided into five classes, namely, susceptible, exposed, undiagnosed infectious, diagnosed patients, and removed individuals. To reflect the real dynamic of the COVID-19 transmission in Morocco, the real reported data are used for estimating model parameters. Two controls representing screening effort and limited treatment are considered. Based on viability theory and (...) set-valued analysis, a Lyapunov function is constructed such that both exposed and infected populations are decreased to zero asymptotically. The corresponding controls are derived via a continuous selection of adequately designed feedback map. Numerical simulations are presented with three scenarios. Our results show that when only one control is to be applied, screening is the most effective in decreasing the number of people in the three infected compartments, whereas combining both controls is found to be highly effective and leads to a significant improvement in the epidemiological situation of Morocco. To the best of our knowledge, this work is the first one that applies the set-valued approach to a controlled COVID-19 model which agrees with the observed cases in Morocco. (shrink)

The aim of this research was to determine the degree to which undergraduate students’ learning approach, academic achievement and satisfaction were determined by the combination of an intrapersonal factor (self-regulation) and a interpersonal factor (contextual or regulatory teaching). The hypothesis proposed that greater combined regulation (internal and external) would be accompanied by more of a deep approach to learning, more satisfaction and higher achievement, while a lower level of combined regulation would determine a surface approach, less satisfaction and lower achievement. (...) Within an ex post facto design by selection, 1036 university students completed validated questionnaires using an online tool. Several multivariate analyses were conducted. Results showed that the combination of self-regulation and external regulation can be ordered as levels along a five-point scale or heuristic. These levels linearly determine type of learning approach, academic achievement and satisfaction. Implications are established for quality and improvement of the teaching and learning process at university. (shrink)

French description: Ce texte d'Avicenne est l'un des seuls commentaires sur Aristote laisses par le philosophe persan. Il s'attaque au noyau theologique de la Metaphysique du Stagirite, les chapitres 6 a 10 du livre Lambda. Avicenne depend d'une tradition greco-arabe (Alexandre d'Aphrodise, Themistius, l'ecole "peripateticienne" (...) de Bagdad). La tradition arabe a aussi attribue a Aristote plusieurs oeuvres d'origine neoplatonicienne, notamment une Theologie adaptee de Plotin, et un Livre du Bien pur, adaptation des Elements de Theologie de Proclus. Le Dieu d'Aristote est ainsi pour Avicenne la Cause premiere efficiente de l'etre. La structure hierarchique de l'univers resulte de l'emanation produite par l'autointelligence du premier Principe. Il ne fait pas de doute, pour Avicenne, que ces doctrines aient ete celles du Stagirite. (shrink)

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Islam as a religion and culture on Turkish women’s health. The study included 138 household members residing in the territory of three primary health care centers in Turkey: Güzelbahçe, Fahrettin Altay and Esentepe. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire prepared by a multidisciplinary team that included specialists from the departments of public health, psychiatric nursing and sociology. We found that the women’s health behavior changed from traditional to (...) rational as education levels increased, and that religious and traditional attitudes and behaviors were predominant in the countryside, especially practices related to pregnancy, delivery, the postpartum period, induced abortion and family planning. One of the most important prerequisites for the improvement of women’s health is that nurses should know the religious practices and culture of the society for which they provide care, so that their efforts to protect and improve women’s health will be effective. Ils portent principalement sur la philosophie d'Avicenne, ses sources, ses rapports avec la pensée musulmane, son influence sur la théologie ash'arite (al-Ghazālī, Fakhr al-Dīn al-Rāzī) et sa réception dans le monde latin. Pour lui rendre hommage, quatorze collègues et amis de renommée internationale se sont réunis pour poursuivre ses réflexions sur ces thèmes. İslâm tarihinde kadınların ilmî hayatta etkin rol üstlendikleri devirlerin başında Memlükler dönemi gelmektedir. Eğitim kurumu yaptıran kadınların genellikle yönetici sınıftan, ilmî faaliyetlerde bulunanların ise genellikle ilmiye sınıfına mensup ailelerden olduğu görülmektedir. Özellikle IX. (XV.) yüzyıl Memlük tarihçilerinin ilimle ilgilenen kadınları kayıt altına aldıklarını söylemek gerekmektedir. Şüphesiz bu durumun ortaya çıkmasında onların hocaları arasında kadınların çok sayıda olması da etkili olmuştur. Bu (...) dönemde ilmî faaliyetleriyle öne çıkan ve aynı zamanda tarihçi öğrencileri sayesinde hakkında bilgi sahibi olunan kadınlardan biri, Meryem el-Ezraiyye’dir. VIII. (XIV.) yüzyılda yaşayan ve Hanefî mezhebine mensup Meryem’in, ilmiye sınıfına mensup ailelerde genellikle görüldüğü gibi çok küçük yaşlardan itibaren ilim meclislerine katılımı sağlanmıştır. Dönemin meşhur hocalarından muhtelif alanlara dair dersler alsa da hadis ilmine yoğunlaşmıştır. Makalede, öncelikle Meryem’in aile çevresi ele alınacaktır. 16. yüzyılda Martin Luther’in başlattığı Reform Hareketi, Hıristiyanları olduğu kadar Yahudileri de etkilemiştir. Çünkü reform ile daha hoşgörülü bir ortamın oluşacağı beklenmiştir. Ancak Yahudi ve Hıristiyanlar arasındaki düşmanlık, reform ile daha da gün yüzüne çıkmıştır. Çünkü yüzyıllardır Hıristiyanların, Yahudileri Hıristiyanlaştırma çabaları başarılı olmadığı gibi reform ile Yahudiler üzerinde sert tedbirlerin alınması amaçlanmıştır. Yahudilerin Hıristiyan inançları ile alay ettikleri ve hakaret ettikleri kitaplar tekrar tekrar gündeme getirilmiştir. İsa Mesih’e, Meryem’e ve havarilere ve Hıristiyan inançlarına yönelik hakaret içeren kitapların gerçekten var (...) olduğu kanıtlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu eserlerin en ünlüleri de Toldot Yeshu ve Nizzahon’dur. Bu kitaplar hem Yahudi-Hıristiyan polemiklerini arttırmış hem de Yahudi düşmanlığını pekiştirmiştir. Yahudilikten Hıristiyanlığa geçen kimselerin Yahudi karşıtı davranışları da aradaki polemikleri daha da arttırmıştır. Reformun getirdiği karmaşa, Yahudilerin Mesih'in yakın zamanda geleceğine dair söylemlerin artmasına sebep olmuştur. Hıristiyanlar ise Yahudilerin bu beklentisi ile alay etmişlerdir. Bu çalışmada, Reform hareketiyle Hıristiyanların yaşadığı bölünme sırasında, Yahudiler ve Hıristiyanlar arasında geçen polemikler ele alınmıştır. (shrink)

Hz. Muhammed’in ve Hz. Hatîce’nin kızı Hz. Fâtıma’ya Şiî düşüncede yüklenen ontolojik ve eskatolojik anlamın mahiyetinin ortaya konulması, özellikle Hz. Meryem ile kurulan analojinin çözümlenmesinde yatmaktadır. Şiî düşünce sisteminde Hz. Fâtıma figürü ile tarihî verileri aşan ve varoluşsal olduğu kadar uhrevî boyutta aktif rol alan bir Hz. Fâtıma imgesi tasavvur edilmiştir. Bu tasavvur, Şiî gelenek içinde imamet nazariyesinin kurumsallaşmasında, şefaatçilik ve arabuluculuk gibi uhrevî ya da şifa vericilik gibi dünyevî tezahürleri ile Hz. Meryem’in karizmasına oldukça benzer biçimde istihdam (...) edilmiştir. Şiî gelenekte Hz. Fâtıma ve Hz. Meryem, benzer bir çile ortaklığında değerlendirilmekte; böylece bu analoji, çeşitli adlandırmalar, bakirelik, doğurganlık, iffet, şefaat, şifa ve bereket kaynağı olma, semavî bir varlık olarak dünyaya gelme, ilahî rızıklara muhatap olma gibi konularda kendisini göstermektedir. Nihayet Şiî düşüncede Hz. Fâtıma figürü bir taraftan ahistorik bir yapıda manevî bir güç kaynağı olarak şekillenirken, diğer taraftan Hz. Meryem tasavvurunda olduğu gibi ikonografik bir yapıya bürünmektedir. Böylece Hz. Fâtıma, Hıristiyanlıktaki mediatrix kavramına yakın biçimde hüküm ve hikmet sahibi bir şefaatçi olarak tasavvur edilmektedir. Şifa ve bereket kaynağı olarak da görülen Hz. Fâtıma, Hz. Meryem’den etkilendiği kadar, özellikle Altayistik alanda Umay Ana figüründen de etkilenmiş, bunun tabi sonucu olarak halk arasında “Fâtıma Ana Eli” şeklinde bir ikon da tezahür etmiştir. Bu makale, tarihî ve dinî olarak önemli ve saygın bir yere sahip olan Hz. Fâtıma’nın, farklı gerekçelerle Bâtıni bazı inanç ve kabullerin referans noktası olacak şekilde değerlendirilmesini, onun tarihsel gerçekliğin ötesinde Bâtınî inanç boyutuna çekilmek suretiyle özellikle Şiî düşüncesinde bir kült varlığa dönüştürülmek istenmesini ve bunun sonuçlarını incelemektedir. Zira bu dönüştürmenin nihayetinde Hz. Fâtıma imajı, Şiî literatüründe, imamet, velayet ve şefaat gibi üst kavramların oluşumunda bir referans olarak kullanılmıştır. (shrink)

Welcome to the 25th volume 1st issue of Cumhuriyet Theology Journal. With this issue, we are excited and happy to be 25 years old. Cumhuriyet Theology Journal has gained a rapid momentum with its format and publishing principles, and managed to attract the attention of the world of science. With the Isnad Citation System developed within the Cumhuriyet Theology Journal and the work-shops held in 2018 and 2019, a number of decisions were taken to increase the publication quality of Theology (...) Field Journals and many of them were implemented. The third workshop was carried out virtual on 26 December 2020 under the name of "Social Sciences Academic Publishing Workshop III" in cooperation with Atatürk High Insti-tution of Culture, Language and History and Sivas Cumhuriyet University. The theme of the workshop was determined as "Refereed Journal Publishing". Preparations for our 4th workshop have begun. In this sense, our journal continues its mission of being both a new ecole and a school with an effort to increase the quality of academic publishing. Moreover, we have also announced the preliminary review form and the review form for the blind review process. We examine Turkish and English titles, summaries, and keywords to make sure that they correspond to the field’s terminology. Furthermore, we require proper nouns and concepts/terms to be written in the reference style of TDV Encyclopaedia of Islam. We also particularly require for the articles to use the Isnad Citation Style. To improve the academic quality of the journal, we have also checked the article up for plagiarism. The articles that are marked with a result above %15 are returned to the authors with a plagiarism report. It might be right to note here that we have been getting more attention from scholarly world day by day with our mission and standards. The journal has received 93 articles between January 1- March 1, 2021 from the academic world. All articles went through the pre-review process to check the referencing and transliteration style before testing them using a plagiarism checker. We then have forwarded the articles that successfully passed the plagiarism check to our reviewers. Following this process, we have been able to offer to you 25 articles three of which are in English at this issue. We are delighted to offer you the various ranges of themes and topics with this new issue. Recent scholarship provides the opportunity for an assessment of the underexplored but promising marriage between science and technology studies and Internet governance research. This article seeks to provide such an assessment by reviewing and discussing, in particular, three volumes: Laura DeNardis’s The Global War for Internet Governance, The Power of Networks: Organizing the Global Politics of the Internet by Mikkel Flyverbom, and Governance, Regulations and Powers on the Internet edited by Eric Brousseau, Meryem Marzouki, and Cécile Méadel. Approaching IG (...) through an STS lens, these authors bring to the fore a number of related issues that political and legal sciences have addressed only incompletely so far, but are crucial to understand today’s governance of the Internet as a complex sociotechnical system of systems. In their research, STS scholars of IG highlight the day-to-day, mundane practices that constitute IG; the plurality and “networkedness” of hybrid devices and arrangements that populate, shape, and define IG processes; the performative function of these arrangements vis-à-vis the virtual, yet very material, worlds they seek to regulate; the invisibility, pervasiveness, and agency of infrastructure. Eski Arap şiiri, Atlâl göç edilen yurt veya sevgiliden geride kalan kalıntılar olarak adlandırılan sanatsal bir olgu ile belirginleşmiş olup Arap edebiyatı alanlarındaki yazarlar ve eleştirmenlerin ilgisini çekecek kadar çarpıcı bir şekilde yayılmıştır. Bu olgu, Batı Afrika şairleri tarafından yazılan Arap şiirlerde de bariz olmuştur. Zira Afrikalı şair, geçmişte yaşadığı değerli hatıra ve anıları hatırlatarak ağlayıp sevgilisinin atlâlleri ve onun evlerinin kalıntılarının üzerinde durmuştur. Bu itibarla çalışmam, bu bölgenin şiirinde yer alan emsal kaside mukaddimeleri, örnekler sunarak bu şiirdeki özelliklerini, tezahürlerini (...) ve anlamlarını öğrenmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Aynı şekilde bölge şairlerinin ilkel tanıtımlarına yansıyan duygusal deneyimlerinde özetledikleri psikolojik ve sosyal nedenlerin açıklamaya hedeflemektedir. Bu araştırmanın önemi, Batı Afrika edebiyatçılarını tanımaya yardımcı olan çalışmalardan biri olması, Arap dili ve ilimlerine, özellikle şiir sanatına ne ölçüde ilgili olduklarını göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte, klasik Arapça şiir yazma becerilerini ve kabiliyetlerini de ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırmanın sınırlarına gelince, mekânsal olarak Batı Afrika bölgesiyle (Mali, Gine, Senegal, Nijerya, Gambiya) ve zamansal olarak ise on dokuzuncu yüzyılın şairleriyle sınırlıdır. Araştırmada Batı Afrika Arap şiirindeki atlâl konusuyla ilgili kasideleri toplamak, önemini ve özelliklerini açıklayıp tahlil etmek için betimsel analitik yöntemini kullanıldı. Yapılan bu araştırma sonucunda bir takım bilimsel sonuçlara ve bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Bunların en önemlileri ve öne çıkanları şu şekilde sıralayabiliriz: Afrika Arap şiirinden seçmiş olduğumuz şiir örneklerinin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, Batı Afrika Arap şiirleri, klasik edebiyatında bilinen “قفوا ”, “عوجوا”, “ لمن الظعن” ve “ لمن الطلول” gibi geleneksel atlâl şiir kalıplarını içerdiği de tespit edilmiştir. Batı Afrika şairlerinin klasik Arap kasidesinin girizgâhı ve usule bağlı kalmalarının yanı sıra, bazıları onun yerine konunun özüne girmeden önce besmele ile, Allah'ı övme ve peygamberimize salavat getirme gibi dini nitelikli kalıpları kullanmak suretiyle kasidelerinin girizgâhını oluşturduklarını saplanmıştır. Batı Afrika şairleri, sevgilinin terk ettiği diyardaki kalıntılar üzerinde durmak yerine; kültürlerine uygun türbe ve deniz gibi yerleri üzerinde durmayı tercih etmişlerdir. Ayrıca Câhiliye dönemindeki şiirinde geçen Suad, Hind, Mayya, Leyla vb. gibi isimleri de bırakarak yerlerine; Zeynep, Meryem ve Havva gibi kendi sosyal çevrelerinde öne çıkan bayan isimlerini kullanmayı uygun görmüşlerdir. Böylece şiirlerinde bu anlamda yenilikler yaşandığı söylemek mümkündür. el-Âmidî gibi Edebiyat eleştirmenlerin bahsettiği mukaddime talaliyye’nin farklı anlamları, sevgilinin terk ettiği diyardaki kalıntılar üzerinde durmak, hakkında soru sormak, sevgilinin adı, oturduğu diyarı ve onu çevreleyen yerler, şairin durduğu vakti, terkedilen yeri hayvanalar, yağmur ve rüzgâr tarafından tahrip edilmesi, şair terkedilen eve hitap edip onunla konuşmak ve ona soru sorup sorguya çekmek, ona selam vermek ve dua etmek ve benzer anlamlar Batı Afrika şairlerinin Atlâl şiirlerinde de bulunmaktadır. Bahsi geçen bu mukaddimeler beyit sayısı bakımından farklılık gösterebileceği, ancak bu beyitler genellikle az sayıda olduğu bu çalışmadan anlaşılmaktadır. Şairler, amaçlarına ulaşmak için bu mukaddimeler vazgeçilmez bir giriş olarak görmektedirler. Ayrıca, atlâl şiiri söyleyen bölge şairleri durumu yaşadıklarını ya da sevdikleri tarafından terk edilmeleri şart değil, ancak atlâl şiiri birçok şair arasında kabul görmüş bir sanat geleneğidir. Bu çalışma aracılığıyla Batı Afrika Arap şiirindeki mukaddime talaliye, şairlerin yaratıcılık ihtiyacına bir yanıt ve onların şiirsel yeteneklerini geliştirmek için bir gerekçe temsil ettiği da açıkça görülmektedir. Son olarak mukaddime talaliye şairlerin şiirsel malzemeleri için gerekli bir sanatsal üslubu olduğunu da söylenebilir. (shrink)
