O propósito deste artigo é comparar duas perspectivas analíticas que interpretaram as possibilidades de democra-tização das organizações internacionais (OIGs) nos anos 1990 e 2000. A primeira dessas perspectivas é sustentada por autores como Robert Dahl e Philippe Schmitter que consideram improvável a realização da democracia fora do espaço dos Estados nacionais. Eles seriam “céticos”, para empregar o termo utilizado por Dahl para se referir à sua perspectiva. De outro lado, David Held sustentou uma interpretação mais otimista ao defender que a (...) natureza da democracia contemporâ-nea sofreu alterações resultantes do processo de globalização econômica. Por essa razão, Held considerou possível tanto a democratização das OIGs como o desenvolvimento de uma “cidadania cosmopolita”, situada acima dos limites dos Estados. Para desenvolver o contraponto entre estas duas perspectivas, este artigo realizará uma revisão bibliográfica da produção dos dois autores e estará dividido em duas seções principais. A primeira delas examinará a perspectiva “cética” de Robert Dahl com relação à possibilidade de democratização das organizações internacionais. A segunda seção examinará a pers-pectiva cosmopolita de David Held. Nas considerações finais, o artigo identificará os elementos de reflexão gerados pelas duas perspectivas a respeito do sentido da democracia no contexto da globalização. (shrink)

Explaining is one of the most important everyday practices in science education. In this article, we examine how scientific explanations could serve as cultural tools for members of a group of pre-service physics teachers. Specifically, we aim at their use of explanations about forces of inertia in non-inertial frames of reference. A basic assumption of our study is that explanatory tools shape the ways we think and speak about the world. Drawing on the theory of mediated action, analysis illustrates three (...) major claims on scientific explanations: explaining is an act of actively responding to explanations presented by others ; the actual experience of explaining involves the enactment of power and authority; resistance might be a constitutive part of learning how to explain. These assertions expand the possibilities of dialogue between studies of scientific explanations and the social sciences. É possível ver e constituir a filosofia hoje como um sistema único tal como proposto e exigido por Hegel? A existência de uma pluralidade de opiniões, visões de mundo e tipos de conhecimentos parece desafiar isso, especialmente hoje, quando se fala de muitos tipos de filosofias. Na tentativa de responder positivamente a essa questão, este artigo descreve uma possível solução, introduzindo um conjunto de conceitos gerais, aqui denominados Conceitos Sistematizadores. Particularmente, são discutidos aspectos práticos e pragmáticos do conjunto de conceitos (...) sistematizadores e seus usos, especialmente quanto aos conceitos Espírito e Espírito Absoluto. Seu contexto de descoberta e desenvolvimento foi o culminar de estudos e pesquisas realizados ao longo de mais de 30 anos nas áreas da ciência e da filosofia. A inspiração para os elaborar e propor veio da Filosofia Hegeliana, principalmente a partir da exigência hegeliana de que a Filosofia fosse vista como um Sistema. Embora advindo desses estudos e pesquisas, o conjunto dos Conceitos Sistematizadores é aqui introduzido sinteticamente, sem citar esses trabalhos, pois a intenção é mostrar que eles, como conceitos, podem ser autonomamente compreendidos em linhas gerais através da explicação deles, de suas interrelações e da organização da experiência que proporcionam, seu contexto de justificação. Eles estabelecem aqui uma compreensão geral, apontando uma possibilidade de como lidar sistematicamente de forma prática e pragmática com as diversas opiniões, visões de mundo e tipos de conhecimentos e filosofias em uma unidade. Nesse sentido, permitiriam ver e tratar a Filosofia como um Sistema, ainda hoje. (shrink)

Dummett, we intend to support a striking point of agreement between them: the idea that our logical principles constitute our principles about what there is, and therefore, that logic is metaphysics.

O presente artigo integra parte de uma pesquisa de doutorado já concluída em que foi utilizada também a metodologia de revisão bibliográfica e documental, o objetivo foi estruturar uma análise epistêmica comparada acerca das produções de Bairros (1995), Fernandes (1989), Gonzalez (1984), Hahner (1981) e Nepomuceno (2013) que abordam questões relacionadas à mulher negra na sociedade brasileira, marcadas sobretudo pelo modo como cada intelectual articula as categorias: raça, gênero e classe, bem como o conceito de interseccionalidade. Gonzalez (1984) com exímio (...) pioneirismo traz à baila discussões acerca das condições da mulher negra na sociedade brasileira, com um pertinente e aguçado olhar voltado aos marcadores sociais de gênero, raça e classe, além das fundamentadas e concisas críticas aos cânones sociológicos cisheteropatriarcais, classistas e brancos como: Gilberto Freyre (1933), Florestan Fernandes (1989) e Costa Pinto (1953) que elaboraram estudos distorcidos sobre realidades onde o racismo, o machismo e sexismo perpetraram-se, ao negligenciarem o recorte de raça em especificidade ao gênero, em seus estudos amplamente difundidos e legitimados, ratificaram a naturalização e o fortalecimento de opressões como o racismo, o machismo e o sexismo. Estas opressões combinadas potencializam as situações de vulnerabilidade que atingem especificamente o segmento social feminino negro. (shrink)

O objetivo deste texto é discutir a tarefa filosófica de elucidação do conceito de conseqüência lógica. Primeiramente, serão eleitos dois critérios de adequação para uma elucidação desse conceito: (1) preservação da verdade nas instâncias, ou adequação material e (2) garantia da verdade da conclusão na inferência válida, ou adequação epistêmica. Em seguida serão apresentadas a proposta de Tarski (1956) e as correspondentes críticas de Etchemendy (2008). Conclui-se com comentários a respeito da natureza das investigações lógicas.

The field of affective neuroscience has emerged from the efforts of Jaak Panksepp in the 1990s and reinforced by the work of, among others, Joseph LeDoux in the 2000s. It is based on the ideas that affective processes are supported by brain structures that appeared earlier in the phylogenetic scale (as the periaqueductal gray area), they run in parallel with cognitive processes, and can influence behaviour independently of cognitive judgements. This kind of approach contrasts with the hegemonic concept of conscious (...) processing in cognitive neurosciences, which is based on the identification of brain circuits responsible for the processing of (cognitive) representations. Within cognitive neurosciences, the frontal lobes are assigned the role of coordinators in maintaining affective states and their emotional expressions under cognitive control. An intermediary view is the Damasio-Bechara Somatic Marker model, which puts cognition under partial somatic-affective control. We present here our efforts to make a synthesis of these views, by proposing the existence of two interacting brain circuits; the first one in charge of cognitive processes and the second mediating feelings about cognitive contents. The coupling of the two circuits promotes an endogenous feedback that supports conscious processes. Within this framework, we present the defence that detailed study of both affective and cognitive processes, their interactions, as well of their respective brain networks, is necessary for a science of consciousness. The expansion of research on deep brain stimulation (DBS) and adaptive DBS (aDBS) raises important neuroethics and policy questions related to data sharing. However, there has been little empirical research on the perspectives of experts developing these technologies. We conducted semi-structured, open-ended interviews with aDBS researchers regarding their data sharing practices and their perspectives on ethical and policy issues related to sharing. Researchers expressed support for and a commitment to sharing, with most saying that they were either sharing their data (...) or would share in the future and that doing so was important for advancing the field. However, those who are sharing reported a variety of sharing partners, suggesting heterogeneity in sharing practices and lack of the broad sharing that would reflect principles of open science. Researchers described several concerns and barriers related to sharing, including privacy and confidentiality, the usability of shared data by others, ownership and control of data (including potential commercialization), and limited resources for sharing. They also suggested potential solutions to these challenges, including additional safeguards to address privacy issues, standardization and transparency in analysis to address issues of data usability, professional norms and heightened cooperation to address issues of ownership and control, and streamlining of data transmission to address resource limitations. Researchers also offered a range of views on the sensitivity of neural activity data (NAD) and data related to mental health in the context of sharing. These findings are an important input to deliberations by researchers, policymakers, neuroethicists, and other stakeholders as they navigate ethics and policy questions related to aDBS research. The text examines the article 11 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights of UNESCO that deals with the principle of non-discrimination and non-stigmatization. Both concepts are related to the theme of human dignity, while discrimination is an inherent part of stigma: stigma does not exist if there is no discrimination. In this context, this paper aims to study the relationship between stigma, discrimination and HIV / AIDS. The study argues that to loosen the bonds that hold the (...) subjects that are attached to them is necessary questioning the broader forces - social, cultural, political and economic - that structure stigma, stigmatization and discrimination as social processes directly linked to production and reproduction of structural inequalities. Introduction: The importance attached to ethical practice and related informed consent varies among health professionals and is further influenced by working environments, level of knowledge, experience and societal values and beliefs. The objective of this study is to evaluate the ethical conduct of professors, undergraduates and graduate students through questionnaires answered by patients. Methods: One hundred twenty patients at the dental clinics of three different dental schools in São Paulo State were interviewed based on objective and discursive questions about signed (...) informed consent, participation in scientific research, photographs during treatment, requested saliva samples, tooth donation requests, and information about tooth destination after removal. A frequency distribution was used for a statistical analysis of the data. Results: In all, 65.8% of the patients had given signed informed consent for treatment and 12.5% had not done so; 10.8% did not know if they had participated in scientific research; 54.2% were photographed during dental procedures and 47.1% of them had signed an authorization form; 6.6% were requested to provide a saliva sample and 66.6% of them had signed an authorization form to that effect; 16.1% had a tooth donation requested and 64.4% of them had signed an authorization form to that effect; and 61.3% did not know the destination of the tooth after removal, when donation was not requested. Conclusions: The majority of the patients had signed an informed consent form for treatment, photographs, saliva samples and tooth donation. Resumo: Este artigo objetiva realizar uma interpretação do terceiro capítulo do livro O Anti-Édipo, de Deleuze e Guattari, denominado ‘Selvagens, Bárbaros, Civilizados’. Para tanto, serão reconstituídos, de início, alguns dos conceitos fundamentais dos capítulos anteriores, tais como processo esquizofrênico, produção desejante, máquinas sociais e as três sínteses do inconsciente. Em seguida, as três máquinas sociais - a primitiva, a despótica e a capitalista - serão expostas em seu funcionamento, mostrando as configurações específicas entre desejo e socius que lhes são próprias, (...) bem como os regimes e representações que as caracterizam. Pretende-se, com essa apresentação, ressaltar as respostas que Deleuze e Guattari dão aos dois grandes problemas abordados em sua tipologia histórico-materialista das máquinas sociais: (i) ‘como Édipo se tornou possível?’ e (ii) ‘como se pode desejar a sua própria servidão?’ Por fim, conclui-se esboçando as relações, dentro da perspectiva crítica dos autores, entre psicanálise, reprodução familiar e capitalismo.Palavras-chave: Desejo, produção, máquina, psicanálise, história. This paper studies Lamarck's scientific method both from the point of view of his methodological discourse and according to his scientific praxis. Lamarck's methodology is compared to Condillac's as well as to that of the idéologues - a group in which Lamarck is usually included. The analysis of this paper shows that Lamarck's methodological discourse is very similar to Condillac's, but his scientific praxis does not follow this view. Instead of following an empiricist approach, Lamarck's work is grounded upon general (...) metaphysical principles concerning nature. Thus, from the ideologues's point of view, Lamarck's work should have been rejected -and that is what really happened - as being a mere metaphysical system grupo no qual se costuma incluir o próprio Lamarck. Mostra-se que o discurso metodológico de Lamarck assemelha-se ao dos ideólogos; no entanto, sua prática científica não se coaduna com esse enfoque. Em vez de seguir uma abordagem empirista, a obra de Lamarck se fundamenta em princípios metafísicos gerais sobre a natureza. Sob o ponto de vista dos ideólogos, seu trabalho deveria ser rejeitado - o que de fato ocorreu - como um mero sistema metafísico - no sentido pejorativo utilizado pelos seguidores de Condillac. No entanto, o presente artigo argumenta que esse é justamente um importante e inovador aspecto da obra de Lamarck, que permitiu a eclosão do evolucionismo moderno. (shrink)

IntroductionHistory of depression symptoms, including before and during pregnancy, has been identified as an important risk factor for postpartum depression symptoms. This condition has also been associated with diverse implications, namely, on the quality of mother–infant bonding. Moreover, the role of self-criticism on PPD has been recently found in several studies. However, the link between these factors has not been explored yet. Furthermore, anxiety symptoms in postpartum has been less studied.MethodsThis study analyzed whether the history of depression symptoms predicted mother–infant (...) bonding, via self-criticism and PPD symptoms. The same model was repeated with a history of anxiety and postpartum anxiety symptoms. A total of 550 mothers of infants <24 months old participated in this cross-sectional study and answered an online survey.ResultsThrough a parallel–serial mediation model, the results show that in a first step, self-criticism dimensions of inadequate-self, hated-self, and reassuring-self, and in a second step, PPD symptoms, mediate the relationship between the history of depression symptoms and mother–infant bonding. However, the relationship between the history of anxiety symptoms and bonding is not mediated by all the considered chain of mediators, being only mediated by one of the self-criticism dimensions, inadequate self.ConclusionsThe current study confirmed the association of history of both depression and anxiety with mother–infant bonding. While in the case of history of anxiety symptoms, the relation was only mediated by inadequate self-dimension of self-criticism, in the case of history of depression symptoms, the relation was mediated by self-criticism and postpartum depressive symptoms. The buffering effect of reassuring-self on bonding and negative affect was also evidenced. Psychological and preventive interventions should address this evidence to target interventions for mother–infant bonding problems in accordance with previous and actual current maternal risk factors. Background: Mismatch between the perception of one’s moral duty and one’s real social contribution may trigger moral distress, especially when no specific resistance strategies are used to counteract morally distressing situations. Considering a philosophical-ethical conception, individuals need to first reflect upon themselves to later turn to the world and confront their current situation in order to change it. Objectives: To understand moral distress experienced by nursing professors teaching in higher education institutions and the use of parrhesia as a coping strategy. (...) Method: This qualitative exploratory-descriptive study addressed 33 nursing professors working in Brazilian federal public universities using an open-ended question form. Data were collected between June and December 2018 and analyzed using discursive textual analysis. Ethical considerations: The Institutional Review Board at the Federal University of Rio Grande approved this study. Findings: Three categories emerged: performance of nursing professors and potentially distressing situations, the experience of moral distress, and parrhesia as a strategy to deal with moral distress. Nursing professors face situations that cause moral distress in the context of higher education, however, those who adopt parrhesia as a coping strategy find it easier to express their beliefs from the perspective of moral duty, even in the face of conflicts. Conclusion: When the nursing professors in this study acknowledge elements in the power structure that hinder their actions, they express parrhesia, as an essential virtue in an attempt to modify unsymmetrical power relations that can trigger moral distress. Features of threatening cues and the associated context influence the perceived imminence of threat and the defensive responses evoked. To provide additional knowledge about how the directionality of a threat (i.e. directed-towards or away from the viewer) might impact defensive responses in humans, participants were shown pictures of a man carrying a gun (threat) or nonlethal object (neutral) directed-away from or towards the participant. Cardiac and electrodermal responses were collected. Compared to neutral images, threatening images depicting a gun directed-towards the (...) participant induced sustained bradycardia and an increased electrodermal response, interpreted as immobility under attack. This defensive immobility reaction is evoked by high perceived threat and inescapable situations and indicates intense action preparation. Pictures of guns directed-away from the participant induced shorter bradycardia and no significant modulation of the electrodermal response compared to neutral pictures, which might be consistent with the perception of a less threatening situation. The results show that the directionality of threat stimuli is a key factor that prompts different patterns of defensive responses. (shrink)

The nurses’ relationship to knowledge has been theorised in a variety of different ways, not the least being in relation to medical dominance. In this study, the authors report on one of the findings of a case study into nurses’ anxiety informed by psychoanalytic theory. They argue that the nurse’s subjection to the knowledge of the other health professional, inclusive of the doctor, can be a transference arising in the context of anxiety for the nurse. Grasped by anxiety, the nurse (...) finds their own knowledge insufficient and in this moment can operate a transference to their non‐nursing colleague, who obligingly, responds. This transference is not present in the change‐of‐shift handover report though, when the other’s knowledge is suspect, even open to derision. Thus, this reference to the knowledge of the other is not consistently present in nursing and can be seen to be just one way that nurses organise themselves in relation to anxiety. Therefore, those wanting to break down the medical dominance of the nursing profession might consider other ways nurses might organise themselves in relation to anxiety, so that the political dominance of the other is not reinforced via transference to that other. This paper reports on the findings of a study that considered how anxiety might function to organise nurses’ practice. With reference to psychoanalytic theory this paper analyses field notes taken during a series of nursing change‐of‐shift handovers. The handover practices analysed met all the criteria for a ritual, as understood in psychoanalytic theory, and functioned to alleviate anxiety in the short term while symbolically expressing a forbidden and unknown knowledge. We argue that the handover ritual contained certain prohibitions, yet allowed (...) some expression of the prohibited knowledge in a disguised way. The prohibition concerned how the patient affected the nurse, that is, moved the nurse to love and hate the patient. We argue that this prohibition is expressed, in disguise, via the displacement of affection for the patient onto other nurses and through negative stereotyping of some patients. We also argue that these prohibitions of the handover mirror broader prohibitions within nursing, and thus the rituals of the handover become an expression of how professional prohibitions are enacted in practice. We conclude that the important implicit function of the handover ritual is to keep anxiety at bay, thereby enabling the nurse to commence practice rather than being immobilised by the effect of potentially overwhelming anxiety. Inspiradas no modelo schumpteriano de inovação nos segmentos produtivo e tecnológico, as diretrizes das agências multilaterais (Banco Mundial, Organização para a Cooperação e Desenvolvimento Econômico, Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento) em favor da agenda inovadora no setor público têm tido, desde o final do século passado, uma ampla capilaridade entre os países. No caso brasileiro, as experiências pontuais tiveram início mais precisamente já na segunda década, possuindo, portanto, um breve histórico de atuação nas instâncias municipais e estaduais e no âmbito federal. O presente artigo busca investigar o nascedouro e as ações, princípios e valores do Pólen - Laboratório de Inovação em Gestão Pública (ENSP-Fiocruz) bem como os principais desafios frente ao estabelecimento de projetos em favor da inovação organizacional. Visando o alcance do referido objetivo, serão recuperadas conceitualmente as categorias inovação e laboratórios de inovação. Para a realização do estudo, será efetuada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, aliada à técnica da observação participante, caracterizada pelo fato de os participantes do projeto serem também investigadores do fenômeno. Tem-se como hipótese que os programas de inovação no campo da gestão têm conquistado as várias instâncias do setor público, todavia tal agenda pode encontrar resistências de setores em função de fatores políticos, ideológicos e organizacionais. Como as categorias “protagonismo das pessoas e usuários”, “transparência” estão presentes nos programas inovadores, torna-se igualmente fundamental destacar o papel da cultura organizacional para as ações de inovação. Therefore, Zarathustra, as a mask (...) for the philosopher Nietzsche, weaves his criticisms of the West, being also a mask through which the journey is taken and the subject's redemption is reached. Introduction: The potential therapeutic efficacy of real-time fMRI Neurofeedback has received increasing attention in a variety of psychological and neurological disorders and as a tool to probe cognition. Despite its growing popularity, the success rate varies significantly, and the underlying neural mechanisms are still a matter of debate. The question whether an individually tailored framework positively influences neurofeedback success remains largely unexplored.Methods: To address this question, participants were trained to modulate the activity of a target brain region, the visual motion (...) area hMT+/V5, based on the performance of three imagery tasks with increasing complexity: imagery of a static dot, imagery of a moving dot with two and with four opposite directions. Participants received auditory feedback in the form of vocalizations with either negative, neutral or positive valence. The modulation thresholds were defined for each participant according to the maximum BOLD signal change of their target region during the localizer run.Results: We found that 4 out of 10 participants were able to modulate brain activity in this region-of-interest during neurofeedback training. This rate of success is consistent with the neurofeedback literature. Whole-brain analysis revealed the recruitment of specific cortical regions involved in cognitive control, reward monitoring, and feedback processing during neurofeedback training. Individually tailored feedback thresholds did not correlate with the success level. We found region-dependent neuromodulation profiles associated with task complexity and feedback valence.Discussion: Findings support the strategic role of task complexity and feedback valence on the modulation of the network nodes involved in monitoring and feedback control, key variables in neurofeedback frameworks optimization. Considering the elaborate design, the small sample size here tested impairs external validity in comparison to our previous studies. Future work will address this limitation. Ultimately, our results contribute to the discussion of individually tailored solutions, and justify further investigation concerning volitional control over brain activity. (shrink)

PRIVATIZAÇÃO DAS ÁGUAS: UMA ANÁLISE NA PERSPECTIVA LATINO AMERICANA A PARTIR DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS FUNDAMENTAIS.

Apresentando o enviesamento da escuta como um problema comum nas escolas, o artigo objetiva discutir de quais modos falas, manifestações e discursos estudantis são afinados ao ponto de perderem sua força imanente. Afirmando haver uma insistência em afinar as escutas nas escolas mesmo a partir de teorias pedagógicas, o texto aponta, na contramão, para enunciações pouco usuais de estudantes como um dever ética. Metodologicamente, essa pesquisa acompanhou o contexto de duas escolas do estado do Espírito Santo, criando redes de conversações (...) entre estudantes e professores. Assim, apostando na perspectiva de uma escuta distraída, o artigo propõe não dar vazão apenas aos silenciamentos ou às escutas perversas, mas, antes, opta por apontar de que modos outras falas reverberam produzindo certas insurreições. Se as escutas pedagógicas dão preferências a certas alunas e alunos, é preciso enxergar ali, nos corpos menos prestigiosos, um arrombo de escuta incontrolável. (shrink)

Resumen El uso del término imaginación remite a un cierto tipo de actividad mental que en su formulación más básica refiere a la capacidad humana para crear imágenes en ausencia de lo representado, es decir, para representarnos objetos o estados de cosas que están ausentes, y a la capacidad para crear imágenes a partir de otras que ya se poseen. Esta formulación permite dar cuenta de una amplia gama de experiencias humanas que van desde la creación artística y la innovación (...) técnica hasta la anticipación de posibles escenarios en los que intervenir. En particular voy a centrarme en un uso específico de la imaginación que denominaré imaginación práctica y que consiste principalmente en la anticipación contrafáctica de posibles estados de cosas resultantes de nuestras acciones. A partir de esto sostendré la existencia de una relación interna entre imaginación práctica y racionalidad práctica, en virtud de la cual la primera oficia de posibilitadora de la segunda. Para ello relevaré cuatro formas de ejercicio de la racionalidad práctica que han sido tematizadas a lo largo de la historia de la filosofía: la ética, la moral, la política y la legal.The use of the term imagination refers to a certain type of mental activity that in its most basic formulation refers to the human capacity to create images in the absence of what is represented, that is, to represent objects or states of things that are absent, and the ability to create images from others that are already possessed by the agent. This formulation allows to account for a wide range of human experiences ranging from artistic creation and technical innovation to the anticipation of possible scenarios in which to intervene. In particular, I will focus on a specific use of the imagination that I will call practical imagination and that consists mainly in the counterfactual anticipation of possible states of affairs resulting from our actions. From this perspective I will sustain the existence of an internal relation between practical imagination and practical rationality, by virtue of which the first enables the second. To do this, I will highlight four types of practical rationality that have been thematized throughout the history of philosophy: ethical, moral, political and legal rationality. (shrink)

A aprendizagem filosófica na formação de professores: proposta de um Ateliê Filosófico Transdisciplinar Resumo: Este artigo é uma reflexão sobre a criação de um Ateliê Filosófico Transdisciplinar para fazer-pensar a formação de professores e a aprendizagem filosófica, a partir de oficinas didático-formativas que possibilitem aos estudantes de diferentes cursos de licenciaturas a experienciarem em seus processos formativos a prática da meditação como possibilidade didática para o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem filosófica do autoconhecimento. O artigo apresenta as contribuições do pensamento filosófico de Dante Galeffi em defesa de uma didática filosófica mínima para o ensino de filosofia e o conceito de filosofia própria e apropriada, inseridos no contexto da formação humana. A metodologia utilizada é teórico-bibliográfica, de natureza qualitativa de abordagem analítico-hermenêutica. As questões mobilizadoras são: qual o significado de uma filosofia própria e apropriada e como se relaciona com o aprendizado filosófico? Como a Didática Filosófica Mínima se diferencia ou avança em relação à (...) Didática Geral? Diante dessas questões, o texto é estruturado em três partes: inicialmente, localiza-se a perspectiva poemático-pedagógica da filosofia própria e apropriada, abordando suas influências teóricas e conceitos fundantes. Em seguida, examina-se a didática em filosofia, tratando-a como um problema filosófico. Por último, interpela-se a didática filosófica mínima, considerando-a uma via de acesso ao aprendizado filosófico em diferentes níveis de ensino. Nas considerações finais, revisita-se a problemática discutida e destaca-se a importância de uma didática que seja flexível e aberta ao acontecimento da prática filosófica. Assim, a didática filosófica mínima, fundamentada na compreensão poemático-pedagógica de uma filosofia própria e apropriada, é uma possibilidade de vivência conectiva gestada no espaço de liberdade poética, enfatizando a necessidade de promover o florescimento humano em direção a uma sustentabilidade triética: social, mental e ambiental. Resumo: A filosofia ocupa um espaço praticamente inalterado nas várias licenciaturas, geralmente, compreendida como fundamentos da educação ou pressupostos necessários à reflexão filosófica da educação. Nesse movimento, o papel da filosofia é visto como instrumentalização para a cientificidade da prática pedagógica escolar. Mas será que a contribuição da filosofia na formação do educador deve constituir-se apenas e tão somente na fundamentação dos problemas filosófico-pedagógicos? Este texto é resultado das inspirações teóricas, metodológicas e da experiência do dispositivo de formação Ateliê Filosófico, (...) que, entre outros objetivos, desenvolve oficinas filosóficas que levaram à criação de um design cognitivo voltado para formação inicial de professores. Além disso, ao criar um ambiente de aprendizagem filosófica, utilizando práticas meditativas fundamentadas no educar transdisciplinar polilógico, o dispositivo fomenta reflexões sobre o ser-sendo educador e sua práxis no contexto contemporâneo. Abstract: Philosophy occupies a largely unchanged space in various teacher training programs, typically understood as the foundations of education or prerequisites for philosophical reflection on education. In this framework, the role of philosophy is seen as a tool for the scientific approach to pedagogical practice. However, should the contribution of philosophy to teacher education be limited to underpinning philosophical-pedagogical issues? This text results from the theoretical, methodological, and experiential inspirations of the Ateliê Filosófico training device, which, among other goals, develops philosophical workshops culminating in the creation of a cognitive design for engaging with philosophy in initial teacher training. Ultimately, by creating a philosophical learning environment through meditative practices grounded in a transdisciplinary polilogical approach, the device fosters reflections on the being-becoming of educators in the context of contemporary society. Por uma política de leitura aberta de mundos: o buraco negro e o fim do mundo como possibilidade de nascimentos crianceiros Resumo: Este artigo é resultado de conversas afiadas e tecidas nos inconformismos e rebeldias desde as margens dos buracos negros de vidas em dissidências. O texto busca tensionar os buracos fechados pela polícia do sistema sexo-gênero na manutenção de seus privilégios e que não nos permite, via políticas públicas, acessar histórias em gêneros e sexualidades diferentes das tradicionais narrativas feitas (...) para meninos e meninas de um certo tipo. Há subjetividades circulando entre nós nos espaços educativos que convocam os corpos, os gêneros e as sexualidades ao direito de nascerem, crescerem, florescerem e coabitarem o mundo, as escolas, as memórias e as narrativas hegemônicas das políticas curriculares na literatura infanto-juvenil. Exercitando perguntas que não se conformam com as histórias contadas, apresentadas e curricularizadas diariamente, o artigo faz problema sobre os modos de ler heterocêntricos que privilegiam o cérebro. Propõe, então, leituras buraco-negro. Estas apostas políticas, feitas de políticas anais e suas revoluções, buscam despreguear as relações de poder e as literaturas. For an open world reading policy: the black hole and the end of the world as a possibility for births of childhoods: This article is the result of sharp conversations woven into nonconformities and rebellion from the margins of black holes in dissenting lives. The text seeks to tension the holes closed by the sex-gender police in maintaining their privileges and that does not allow us, through public policy, to access stories in genres and sexualities different from traditional narratives made for boys and girls of a certain type. There are subjectivities circulating among us in the educational spaces that call the bodies, genders and sexualities to the right to be born, grow, flourish and cohabit the hegemonic world, schools, memories and narratives of curriculum policies in children's literature. Exercising questions that do not conform to the stories told, presented and curricularized daily, the article questions the heterocentric ways of reading that privilege the brain. It then proposes black hole readings. These political bets, made up of anal politics and their revolutions, seek to unravel power relations and literatures. Keywords: Reading as an activity. El texto busca tensar los agujeros cerrados por la policía de género y sexo para mantener sus privilegios y eso no nos permite, a través de políticas públicas, acceder a historias de géneros y sexualidades diferentes a las narrativas tradicionales hechas para niños y niñas de cierto tipo. Hay subjetividades que circulan entre nosotros en los espacios educativos que llaman a los cuerpos, los géneros y las sexualidades al derecho a nacer, crecer, florecer y convivir con el mundo hegemónico, las escuelas, los recuerdos y las narrativas de las políticas curriculares en la literatura infantil. Ejercitando preguntas que no se ajustan a las historias contadas, presentadas y curriculadas diariamente, el artículo cuestiona las formas heterocéntricas de lectura que privilegian el cerebro. Luego propone lecturas de agujeros negros. Estas apuestas políticas, formadas por políticas anales y sus revoluciones, buscan desentrañar las relaciones de poder y la literatura. This book explores the relationship between schizophrenia and common sense. It approaches this theme from a multidisciplinary perspective. Coverage features contributions from phenomenology, cognitive neuroscience, philosophy of mind, psychology, and social cognition. The contributors address the following questions: How relevant is the loss of common sense in schizophrenia? How can the study of schizophrenia contribute to the study of common sense? How to understand and explain this loss of common sense? They also consider: What is the relationship of practical reasoning (...) and logical formal reasoning with schizophrenia? What is the relationship between the person with a diagnosis of schizophrenia and social values? Chapters examine such issues as rationality, emotions, self, and delusion. O artigo analisa o filme Sandino, o último dirigido pelo chileno Miguel Littín no exílio. A narrativa fílmica tenta fazer uma monumentalização do líder revolucionário Augusto César Sandino. No enredo, o protagonista organiza a resistência armada contra os militares norte-americanos em território nicaraguense; porém, com a saída das tropas estrangeiras, o líder foi assassinado a mando de Anastasio Somoza García. Pretendemos analisar o filme de Miguel Littín e verificar de que maneira o enredo está dialogando com um duplo contexto: a (...) crise do « socialismo real » e a transição democrática no Chile. Como hipótese, acreditamos que a película procura uma inspiração revolucionária e antiimperialista nas lutas políticas no passado latino-americano, representadas na atuação de Sandino na resistência armada aos Estados Unidos. Ao mesmo tempo, Sandino procurou manter viva uma imagem autoritária e antidemocrática das Forças Armadas da América Latina, enquanto a elite política do Chile « negociou » a transição democrática com os militares. In this paper I take side on externalist incompatibilism. However, I intend to radicalize the position. First, based on my criticism of Burge's anaphoric proposal, I argue that there is no reasoning‐transparency: the reasoner is blind to the reasoning he is performing. Second, assuming a global form of content‐externalism, I argue that “in the head” are only logical and formal abilities. That is what I call “bite the bullet and swallow it too.”.

Origin of life on earth transpired once and from then on, it emerges as an endless eternal process. Matter and energy are constants of the cosmos and the hypothesis is that the origin of life is a moment when these constants intertwined or interacted. Energy from the cosmos interacted with inorganic matter to support matter with retention of this riveted energy, as energy to be circulated within the primitive channelized structures to conserve energy by the materialization of the proton homeostasis (...) mechanisms developed from the obtainable inorganic matter. The driver for these processes as we now confirm, exists in the quantum world and through quantum phenomenal processes could have combined these constants to create the magic of life. Primitive earth was a chemical reactive system that triggered a macromolecular evolution by means of open thermodynamic systems, driven by cyclic gradients of temperature, electromagnetic radiation and chemical potentials which sustained life and proto-consciousness in the first life forms driven by the quantum processes. The origin of life is always an intriguing topic but the purpose for finding the cause should never be inclined towards obliterating it; for if that is the case, the further we seek, the farther it will go.
