    Most philosophers think that phenomenal consciousness underlies, or at any rate makes a large contribution, to moral considerability.     The view that morally worthy actions must be motivated by moral knowledge faces counterexamples. This paper offers a counterexample in which Ava and Beth text a wise rabbi for answers to the same moral question, receive the same correct answer, and accordingly act rightly.
