Due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, all countries began to introduce quarantine measures, which led to the closure of all higher education institution indefinitely. They were forced to switch to a distance learning process in a short time. The readiness for this process was different, purely technical problems arose - the lack of the Internet, computers, educational materials on the network. And most importantly, the teachers are not ready for distance learning. The IT industry was the first to (...) respond to the needs of teachers and students in physical culture and sports: the power of channels was increased, a large number of services and tools for teaching appeared. For video conferencing, the ZOOM tool turned out to be very popular, a large number of blogs with training recommendations were published on social networks, distance courses were held on the development of training resources and the organization of training. After the weakening of quarantine in the world, it became clear that humanity has entered a new stage of development, where distance learning will play a big role. Therefore, it is important to analyze the results of the distance learning process and determine the priority ways of developing online education in training future managers of physical culture and sports. Our study shows that 26 % of respondents believe that the End of the World will not arrive. Twenty-four per cent of respondents are skeptical about the likelihood of the Apocalypse, but they admit its possibility. Thirty-seven per cent of respondents believe that the End of (...) Time will not come soon and the remaining 13% expect the Apocalypse very soon. Some respondents indicate that growth in the rate of prophecies connected with the End of the World in recent years suggests that humanity itself seeks it, while 9 % of respondents state the religious point of view in their works. Also 9 % of respondents believe that there will be no destruction of civilization or destruction of the planet but there will be a mental transition to another level of being. The existence of correlation between creative thinking and eschatological expectations was also empirically established in our study, especially in the group of respondents with a high level of verbal creativity. There is no correlation between the index of non-verbal creativity, personal religiosity and eschatological expectations in the sample. These results confirm that our study is relevant and offers great prospects for further scientific research. (shrink)

The main purpose of the study is to determine the key aspects of the mechanisms of state management of the exchange of information about cyberattacks, cyber incidents, and information security incidents. The methodology includes a set of theoretical methods. Modern government, on the one hand, must take into account the emergence of such a new weapon as cyber, which can break various information systems, can be used in hybrid wars, influence political events, pose a threat to the national security of (...) any state. In the article, the recent social-philosophical discussions on authenticity and autonomy have been reviewed through the optics of power. The latter is understood as the regulation of the actors’ state of being marked or unmarked in the social-cultural space. Another dimension of the optics is the adjustment of the access to power and representation of the groups in media-related and legal discourses. The visibility asymmetry has been considered through the social representation of the groups, with attention paid to the concepts (...) of recognition, exoticization and adaptation, power, and powerlessness. The immediate and terminated effect of visibility on social cohesion and integration processes in communities has been reviewed in this context. The distortions of visibility, such as invisibility and super-visibility, require estimation of the unmarked normalcy threshold for the communities; therefore, the Ukrainian perspective on the issue involved the analysis of the conflict-related massive protracted inner displacement in the country. Based on the situation descriptions and action plans suggested in the project on the Strategy of Integration of Internally Displaced Persons and Implementation of Long-Term Solutions to Internal Displacement until 2023, the distortions of visibility in the Ukrainian communities have been assessed. One of the suggested perspectives implies the possible impact evaluation of media-type visibility of the internally displaced persons and residents of the non-government-controlled areas in Ukraine on the scenarios of reintegration of the territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation and Russia-backed forces. The theoretical adjustment lies in finding the visibility theory gap and formulation of the further research question on the correlation between the group visibility and reconciliation being facilitated by the actors. Modern linguistics is characterized by the establishment and formation of a new promising direction, based on anthropocentric theory of speech genres. The popularity of this direction lies in the interest of the scientists in the phenomenon of virtual communication, which has a certain structure and differs in mechanisms of influence on the social content. The multidimensionality and richness of genre forms determine the need for a diverse approach to the study of speech genres in modern genology. The aim of the (...) article is to study and analyze the theory of speech genres in modern linguistics. The author presents the basic theoretical foundations of the study of the theory of speech genres. Taking into account the achievements of modern studies, the concept of speech genres is analyzed, features and functions of the visual elements of the speech genre are described. It is proved that the modern speech genre and its variety the virtual speech genre are an informational and communicative environment in which there is a certain styling, sphere of communication, speech behavior. The speech genre and the virtual speech genre belong to the written communication and rely on the fullest use of lexical, grammatical, graphic, and media means of speech, which foresees certain adjustments, as well as it differs by the form of dialogue and monologue. However, these studies touch upon some aspects of Frank's vision of the Bible, or consider individual works of thinkers written on biblical subjects, such as "Moses," "The Death of Cain," "The Legend of Pilate," etc. Let us try here to show that the work of Ivan Franko demonstrates not only a deep philosophical understanding of the (...) Bible, a new, not dogmatic reading of its ancient stories, but also an objective and scientific analysis of the knowledge about it that has accumulated in its time by world scientific criticism. Today local, national and international ethics committees have become an effective means of social regulation in many European countries. Science itself is an important precondition for the development of bioethical knowledge and ethics expertise. Cultural, social, historical and religious preconditions can facilitate different forms and methods of ethics expertise in each country. Ukrainian ethics expertise has some methodological problems connected with its socio-cultural, historical, science and philosophy development particularities. In this context, clarification of some common legitimacies or methodological approaches to (...) ethics committee (EC) phenomena such as globalization, scientization and the prioritization of an ethics paradigm are very important. On the other hand, elaborate study and critical analysis of international experience by Ukraine and other Eastern European countries will provide the integration of their local and national ethics expertises into a world bioethics ethos. The article considers the features contemporary transformations narratives official Russian Orthodoxy in the years 2015-2016. At the end of 2015 and in 2016 narrative "Russian world" Patriarch and his entourage tried to upgrade using the ideal of "solidarity." The ideas of "solidarity" in the XX century evolved differently in Catholic social teaching and fascism. Spokesman of the Russian Orthodox Church sees the embodiment of the ideals of solidarity in the best manifestations of Soviet mentality. "Solidarism" in the rhetoric of the (...) Patriarch and his entourage are a means of legitimizing Russian nationalism and revanchism. According to the Patriarch of core values and "Russian world" is "faith, state, justice, solidarity and dignity." These values must be an alternative to liberal values - freedom, rights, human rights. According to Patriarch values should determine the policy, and especially value the unity of the Russian people and state. This means that the patriarch claim to symbolic power over the politicians of Russia and neighboring countries. Іn rhetoric of patriarch the West, with its core value of freedom, embodies evil. Russia tempted by Western values, and this is the cause of many crises. The role of savior in this narrative belongs to the church and its leadership. Present rated as the culmination of the struggle between good and evil. The future victory of good patriarch linked not only to preserve the unity and uniqueness of Russia, but the triumph of traditionalism in Europe, the adoption of the values of solidarity society. The article deals with certain aspects, risks, and ethical problems of technological improvement of human, namely the use of technologies for transformation his / her genome. At the present stage of civilizational progress of humanity, the scientific potential of society and the possibility of producing high technologies initiate technological transformation in the evolution of civilization. There have not yet been analogues of this transformation in the history of mankind. One aspect of this transformation is the transformation of the biological nature (...) of human. Human improves the art of his own qualitative transformation. Human is trying to spread his control over his own evolution. The main objects of technological influence on humans are the brain and the genome. Ethical aspects of human enhancement need philosophical understanding. J. Harris made a significant contribution to the development of this issue. The article presents his teachings of “enhancing evolution”, according to which human improvement is a reasonable way of development. The awareness of the ethical issues associated with the imperfections of these technologies and the problems associated with the perspective of their application to human embryos has contributed to the holding of International Summits on Human Gene Editing. The analysis of the results of their work gives us the opportunity to assert that there is a consensus among scientists to prevent the practical application of inherited editing of the human genome today. The article emphasizes that now, in the conditions of existential threats, risks that have an integrated manner, it is extremely necessary to focus on axiological, ethical and humanistic values in the system of scientific knowledge. Scientists should focus on the socio-cultural dimension of human improvement. In this context, bioethics, which has become the answer to many ethical questions and problems, becomes extremely important. Bioethics can become the basis for creating science-based balance between the practical application of technologies for human improvement and human rights, the principles of humanism and progress. Автор аналізує гендерні схеми, що базуються на кодуванні "своїх" та "чужих", їхнє значення в пізнанні соціальної реальності, визначає роль гендерних стереотипів у продукуванні й підтримці ієрархічних взаємовідносин у суспільстві. Визначено соціальний зміст гендерних ролей, їхнє значення у виробленні суспільних моделей поведінки.

The essential factors of implementation of gender identification in the context of social and communication interaction have been considered in terms of the social and philosophical analysis. The author focuses on the achievements of postmodern philosophy in terms of the scientific analysis that focused on the problem of understanding gender marking subjectivity not as immutable biological forms but as socially constructed conducted by certain types of social and communicative strategies. The author indicates that different social aspects of biological sex of (...) the individual associated with the process of public perception and the system of established socio-cultural relationship. These require the individual to a particular type of gender communicative behavior, the most appropriate in a particular society, and language becomes from an external tool in a tool of external means of formation of subjectivity, begins to define the essential contents of the subject. Language appears not only a way of individuals communication, but it is also organic strategy "involvement" of the subject in contemporary culture system, it acts as the key to his self-expression and identity. The author emphasizes that gender role is a differentiation of activity, status, rights and duties of individuals based on their gender; it belongs to the category of social roles and expressing certain social expectations. The value-regulatory system family, which brought up a specific person, has an influence on the formation of gender roles. In terms of the communication gender display is means of gender roles implementation. Gender identity should not be seen as attributive property of the individual, but it should be seen as a model of social and communicative behavior, that enables selection of the most effective communication strategies for social interaction and social causes of self-identity. The article highlights the theoretical foundations of information support of public administration. The paper considers and analyzes effective information and telecommunication systems for implementing information security in public administration, including the development and implementation of a scientific approach to it. The research focuses on the amount of information that moves in the information system of public administration activities and provides authorities received mutually reinforcing effect "economies of scale" that is traditional in costs by increasing the scale of production.

The term dual use technologies refers to research and technology with the potential both to yield valuable scientific knowledge and to be used for nefarious purposes with serious consequences for public health or the environment. There are two main approaches to assessing dual use technologies: pragmatic and metaphysical. A pragmatic approach relies on ethical principles and norms to generate specific guidance and policy for dual use technologies. A metaphysical approach exhorts us to the deeper study of human nature, our intentions, (...) goals, values ideals and social relations when considering dual use technology. Use of science and technology (S and T) is determined by two components of human nature: human intentions and choices. We have drawn a distinction between specific measures, goals and intentions with respect to technologies in order to show that moral judgment about technologies must precede their use. Understanding of our intentionality and values, and our moral ideals, as a measurable, tangible part of the real world is important for the prevention of any possible harm from S and T. In the context of dual use technologies, we stress the importance of three main understandings of human nature: vulnerability, responsibility and narrative identity. These can become a strong ontological “antidote” to technology’s poisoning of modern man. Each new technology can be measured and compared with man’s values, traditions and societal norms. This can be done bearing in mind the concept that human nature is not dualistic, but pluralistic. A system of ethical principles that includes the principles of good intentions, the correspondence of goals and means, the balancing of risks and benefits, simplicity, and contextuality, will help ensure that technologies are more humanistic and friendly to human beings. Svitlana Shkil’s article «Reception of meeting Patriarch Kirill and Pope Francis in the information space of the Russian Orthodox Church» examined reaction to a meeting of religious leaders in Havana speakers of the three trends in Russian Orthodoxy - conservatives, fundamentalists, liberals. This unprecedented event caused a wide resonance in the Russian information space of the church, caused a broad discussion on the future of Russian Orthodoxy.

The work presents axiological aspect of tolerance formation under conditions when each culture comprehends its tradition uniqueness and strives to prove its competitiveness under globalization; basic features of tolerance have been outlined as well.

У статті підкреслено думку про настійну потребу співвіднесеності сучасних культурно-антропологічних пошуків України з мислетворчою традицією, актуалізованою ідеями богословсько-персоналістської цінності людини та кордоцентризму, які знайшли вагоме опертя в ісихазмі з його невичерпним потенціалом преображення та обоження людини. Доведено, що ісихазм − це не лише спокій і мовчання і не тільки система богословських понять, з допомогою якої стверджується можливість єднання з Богом. Це щонайбільшою мірою особисте божественне самоодкровення. Ісихазм значну увагу акцентує на спроможності серця увібрати і вмістити божественне світло, яке стяжає подвижник. (...) Акцентовано увагу на значимості кордоцентричної лінії у сучасному українському філософуванні, що найповніше акумулювала у собі усю повноту філософської морально-релігійної вітчизняної традиції. Доведено, що острозьке книжництво стало своєрідною сполучною ланкою між Афоном та Україною у кінці XVI-го століття. Підкреслено трансформацію традиції острожан у творчості Петра Могили, який наголошує на тому, що «не плоть і кров», а священне богослов’я навчає істинній премудрості – Божественному розуму. Ця думка демонструє дієву концепцію «внутрішньої» людини, а також засвідчує безперервність спадкоємництва філософування у православному морально-релігійному контексті від давньоруського любомудрія до кордоцентричних інтенцій Київської філософської школи.Аргументовано, що ісихастська практика теозису − обоження людини є надзвичайно важливою, оскільки що являє собою містику світла, яке єдине може видозмінити світ. А тому відстежені нами трансформації ісихастського досвіду в українській філософії засвідчують потребу належного інтерпретаційного простору українського кордоцентризму. (shrink)

Globalization and rapid information processes that are inherent in today's post-pandemic society, contributing to the reorganization of the authorities of many countries and their contacts with regions, local territorial units or civil society. Such changes, first of all, provide for delegation of authority at the level of regional and local authorities. However, many developing and today position their own society as post-modern, continue to be in a state of disunity of the branches of government, with a high level of corruption (...) and abuse of official position, improper distribution of resources, inappropriate tax system and incompetent provision of services by relevant authorities. This affects the relevance of studying foreign experience in building a rational, effective, balanced public administration system, the leading place in which in almost all developed countries is the decentralization of the state and, above all, the executive branch. The foreign experience of the successful implementation of decentralization reforms is investigated. The main characteristics inherent in the decentralization of power in European countries are given, including in the context of the existence of a pandemic. The features of decentralization of power in France, the UK, Germany and other countries are highlighted. It is substantiated that the experience of decentralization reforms in each country is unique and reflects the specifics of the development of a particular country, and therefore it is impractical to introduce foreign experience without taking into account the particular economic and political development of a particular country. Uncertainty and instability haunt us every day in today’s new reality. The purpose is a theoretical justification and empirical study of the hardiness of the personality in critical conditions of life. Psychodiagnostic complex of hardiness is indicated as a factor of personality adaptation. High average and high levels of hardiness are characteristics of an independently developed personality with a high ability to adapt. It has been established that the average level of hardiness contributes to the optimal experience of situations of (...) uncertainty and involves a person’s choice of coping strategies to counteract the new difficulties in professional and personal life. It has been substantiated that respondents who have high rates of hardiness have a higher level of adaptation efficiency. It has been stated that “risk acceptance” as the component of hardiness of participants of the “Work and Travel” program is more pronounced than in the respondents of other samples. It has been proved that empirical research of semantic psychological parameters of personality hardiness in critical conditions of life allowed to draw significant conclusions. It is noted that the results of the study need to be operationalized in training, educational and developmental and psycho-correctional practices. It is emphasized that the obtained empirical results should be used in the training of applicants for psychological specialties. (shrink)

The attainment of autocephaly by the Orthodox Church of Ukraine intensified the religious transitions of parishes that were preceded by individual parishioners’ switches. The highest dynamics of such transitions occurred in the Volyn Region in the north-western part of Ukraine. These transitions refer exclusively to a switch from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine without affecting other religious communities. Most of the population supported the autocephalous status of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, (...) for they consider granting autocephaly as a major historical event for the Ukrainian nation. The process of active religious transitions was primarily determined by the aptness of each parish community and political climate on a national level. The Orthodox Church of Ukraine was able to maintain its high regard, but with the change of political power in Ukraine in 2019, it lost political support. Актуальність обраної теми статті зумовлена глобалізаційними процесами у різних сферах суспільного буття, їх конвергенцією, появою та розповсюдженням Інтернету у світі, який сприяв якісно новому етапу розвитку світу – загальної цифровізації економіки, політики, державного і муніципального управління, фінансової сфери, освіти, культури, медицини та інших сфер життєдіяльності суспільства. «Цифрова трансформація» набула ознак четвертої промислової революції. Технічні інновації визначають темпи розвитку сучасного соціуму. Цивілізаційні зміни у сфері цифровізації такі революційні, глибинні, що світ не уявляється нам без Інтернету речей, роботизації, штучного інтелекту, створення великих (...) даних, безпаперових технологій, 3D-друку, хмарного та туманного обчислення, безпілотних, мобільних, біометричних технологій тощо. Сучасні цивілізаційно-технологічні зміни формують певні особливості філогенетичного розвитку людини: по-перше, розвиток техніки спричиняє зміни у свідомості людини, «формується» «цифрова людина» – Homo digitalis, з іншим мисленням, світоглядом, доступом до знань у режимі реального часу, яка завдяки штучному інтелекту і робототехніки реалізує та вирішує значно складніші економічні, управлінські, освітні, естетичні, елітарні, творчі проєкти та задачі, змінюючи аксіологічні основи буття. По-друге, у цифровому бутті людина не лише отримує нові можливості для творчості, а й стикається із загрозами власного існування, зумовленими результатами її техніко-раціоналістичної діяльності, яка ігнорує буттєві основи людського роду та пропонує конструкції особливого світу людини – штучної віртуальної реальності, втрачається міжособистісне пізнання. У цифровому просторі людина є учасником усього того, що відбувається у технооб’єднаному та взаємопов'язаному світі, створеному глобалізаційними процесами. In the article actualized an importance of scientific researches of nature of the deviant phenomena in church circles; also the problem of sexual crimes of modern priests is considered, as well as the questions of public relation and reaction of Church on deviant phenomena are reflected.

Based upon the Ukrainian hierarchs’ epistolary legacy, the article analyzes characteristic features of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy intellectual space, which was created by Academy alumni of different generations and various hierarchy levels. The author establishes that the closest relations were between correspondents belonging to the same or almost same hierarchy level and who were bonded together by the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy educational system and school comradeship, eventually obtained high positions in the hierarchy. Communication within the boundaries of individual centers (the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, the (...) Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, collegiums in Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and Pereiaslav, seats of Ukrainian bishops in Russia, etc.) depended on specificity of the environment. Predominant themes encountered in the letters of the Ukrainian bishops included needs of the alma mater, the Kyiv Academy, and the collegiums. The correspondence addressed issues of their legal status, academic staff, financial support, as well as the literary work and publishing activities of the hierarchs. (shrink)

У статті здійснюється розгляд соціокультурних трансформацій у добу глобалізації, провідним акцентом яких, як припускається, є примат публічності, що у дослідженні інтерпретується як залежність переконань громадян від інформації, що доноситься з публічного простору. Наголошено на позитивних наслідках глобалізації, зумовлених досяжністю різноманітних думок, що ускладнює появу тоталітарного режиму. Водночас ситуація появи надміру інформації виявила необхідність формування необхідних компетенцій, пов’язаних з умінням розрізняти достеменні дані від фейків. Досліджено вплив глобалізації на культурні ідентичності, зокрема з’ясовано, що переміщення окремих осіб між країнами суттєвим чином не (...) впливає на зміну домінуючої культури. Окреслено концепт «примат публічноcті» як прикметну ознаку появи глобального простору, що упроваджується значною мірою через ЗМІ. (shrink)

У дослідженні акцентовано увагу на появу прикметної ознаки сьогодення, названої «симульованою реальністю», визначальною рисою якої є наявність «множинності реальностей», тобто незліченної кількості «реальностей», критерієм істинності яких є не достеменні знання, а довіра особи до тієї чи іншої інформації, котра і сприймається як реальність. Показано, що значною мірою ситуація «симульованої реальності» спричинена появою мас-медійного простору, який створив умови для стрімкого поширення інформації. Прояснено, що сприйнятливість особи до тих чи інших впливів, з-поміж іншого, уможливлюється через недостатність знань поза своїм фахом, використання промовцем (...) тих тверджень, що можуть захопити людей (Ґюстав Лебон) та вплив на емоції людей через використання символів, минаючи увагою конкретику (Волтер Ліпман). Убезпечення від тих чи інших впливів забезпечується, зокрема, через високий рівень освіти й прагнення отримати нову інформацію (Дж. Брайант, С. Томпсон). (shrink)

The scientist draws attention to the fact that the result of education is not the amount of acquired knowledge, but the ability and ability of a person to use the knowledge resource in solving practical tasks and life situations. The ability to make independent decisions, effectively solve practical situations and calculate the consequences of one’s actions, etc., is much more important than “filling the head” with ready-made information. Quality education becomes a global value and a categorical condition for competitive strategic development of society. At the same time, the creation and construction of quality education will contribute to the development of Ukrainian society, will allow education to be at the forefront of new social changes. The topicality of the issue on communities being restructured as a result of migration processes, in particular in Europe nowadays, leads to academic discussions on identity transformations under the pressure of the migrations, as well as to integration rethinking. The approach to integration has changed significantly, and the idea of the Other as an individual or a group in need of being adjusted to the social-cultural space of We has faded away, while being substituted by the recent shift from diversity (...) to superdiversity, the nation-focused models of integration considered outdated. Integration emerges as a relation-based process aimed at communicative and discoursive discovering of the social and cultural markers disclosing the possibilities for citizens to reach social cohesion advantages, without the latter being instrumentally imposed through unifying efforts of those in power. The article dwells upon the questions, issues and conclusions of the recent discussion “Who needs integration?”; and the discoursive aspect of integration based on D- principle and migration-related aspects of its implementation has been paid due attention as well. Static and dynamic identity issues have been studied in the context of conflict-related migration situation in Ukraine. The challenges and practical discourses implying integration have been reviewed through the surveys’ data, 2017- 2019, on the protracted displacement, relations between displaced persons and host communities, tolerance and civic engagement. Post-conflict reintegration problems have been outlined in the conclusions, through the issues on “return vs. integration” choice, “red lines”, and educational means and limitations of influence on the restructured communities, – as the perspectives for further research in the framework of the study. In the article, the scenario-moulding is evaluated through the linguistic and conceptual accessibility of the future and the moral challenges of doing and allowing harm to the future participants of the practical discourses rooted in the present-centered scenarios. The viability of the scenarios is suggested to be defined by the alienation from the present and past imaginative contexts, as well as by overcoming the projections of humanity exclusiveness through inversible forecasting with the shift from human power to vulnerability as the (...) key issue in scenario-making. The eccentric approach to the future makes it possible to review both intergenerational and intragenerational perspectives of the future through the chronological distance and yet-inexistent subjects’ expectations and needs simulation. Taking to account the impact of the past, present and future otherness implies the three-dimensional assessment model involving metaphorical evaluation of the past-rooted patterns as paradise lost, illusions of the accessible futures as paradise found, and refusal of the futurized present expectations for the yetunknown imaginative future contexts as paradise conceptually postponed. Зміни в українському законодавстві щодо проходження військової служби, мобілізації та військового обліку, що набрали чинності з 18 травня 2024 року, на офіційному рівні позначили статус «громадян України, що ухиляються від взяття на військовий облік» під час дії правового режиму воєнного стану. У цій статті, у форматі мисленнєвого експерименту, запропоновано до обговорення приклад застосування концептів моральної удачі й резилієнтності до моделювання інтенціонально-каузальної структури парадоксальних ситуацій нелегальної міграції військовозобов’язаних громадян України за кордон з метою ухилення від мобілізації і уникнення ризиків, пов’язаних з (...) участю в бойових діях, що завершились загибеллю суб’єктів через вплив зовнішніх обставин під час міграції. Зважаючи на комплексний екзистенційний, соціально-філософський (міграційний), деонтичний і етичний характер проблематики, ухилення військовозобов’язаних громадян від виконання громадянського обов’язку і нелегальну міграцію під час фази ескалації війни і загальної мобілізації в умовах особливого періоду розглянуто в контексті сучасних дискусій щодо військової некрополітики, ціннісних підстав резилієнтності як відповідальності за наслідки і здатності до опору в складних умовах, а також морально-етичного контексту звинувачення і виправдання дій в умовах моральної удачі. У статті здійснюється історико-філософський розгляд контроверсійних підвалин комунікативних стратегій, де під контроверсіями розуміється принцип суперечності діалогу як такого, а під комунікативними стратегіями – діалог як «раціональна комунікація», тобто комунікація з наперед заданою метою. Показано зв’язок між морально-етичною настановою історичних періодів та принципом діалогу, притаманного цій добі. Виявлено, що принцип діалогу, запроваджений ще у добу Античності як спосіб знаходження порозуміння, знайшов своє продовження у диспутах середньовічних університетів та жанру діалогу доби Відродження. Водночас індивідуалізм доби Відродження, раціональна настанова Просвітництва та наукові дослідження (...) Нового часу усталили суб’єкт-об’єктний принцип взаємин; відновлення принципу діалогу як засобу порозуміння, пов’язується, зокрема, із працями представників комунікативної філософії. Акцентується увага на значущості критичного мислення та безперервної освіти як засобу подолання маніпулятивних впливів, зокрема у ситуації названою «добою постправди», що актуалізує дане дослідження.
