Abstract

The mid-70s, "Assessment Law Confucianism" campaign, people are generally made ​​from a political point of evaluation. This paper attempts to look at the perspective of the history of ideas with this farce of color movement. Authors believe that, at least to pay attention to the movement of the two background history of ideas: modern times and the rising status of Legalism, "54" since a strong anti-traditionalism.
