The main types of socio-cultural translation of scientific knowledge

Abstract

Intellectual communications tied with scientific knowledge are considered in the article. According to the author, three main types of the communications of modern culture are allocated. Appointment or functions of each of these types form the basis for differentiation. In article they are designated as «informing», «promoting» and «training». Each of them has own «canon» for drawing up and perception of messages and for answering texts corresponding to them – special and scientific, popular and educational. The characteristic of three types of communications is given. At the same time the main attention is paid to methodological aspects – those which define their efficiency. The proposal conception is applicable also to many other types of transferring of special knowledge, which demands special preparation and qualification.
