Abstract

---- This study aims to set out a series of reflections that elucidate the occupational character of boredom on the basis of Martin Heidegger's philosophical approaches. The tone of this work takes shape through a series of notes that elaborate an adequate propaedeutic for the questions of anarcho-existentialism, temporality and boredom. In addition to repeatedly reiterating what the philosopher from Meßkirch said in the lectures he gave at the University of Freiburg between 1929 and 1930 about boredom as the fundamental mental temperament, what is proposed here is to establish guidelines that show how the occupation that entails care in accordance with temporality allows an enquiry into boredom (and not the other way around, as is the case in the aforementioned lectures). In order to do so, it is necessary to clarify concepts that introduce us to the problem to be elucidated.
