    The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted medical education, causing a shift towards online learning. However, this transition posed challenges in administering online assessments, particularly in proctoring and detecting academic misconduct. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of academic misconduct among medical students during remote online examinations using hierarchical clustering and comparing self-reported confessions and recorded video reviews.     This study proposes and empirically tests the conceptual model of bribe giving decision process under the ethical decision context. Four alternative structural models are tested against one another with data collected from an experiment with Thai managers. Findings suggest that intention to give bribe is positively influenced by attitude toward bribe giving and subjective norm, and negatively by perceived choice.
