U Republici Hrvatskoj biti ravnatelj/ica odgojno-obrazovne ustanove nije više samo funkcija nego i zanimanje. Obveze i prava ravnatelja/ica odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova proizlaze iz zakonske regulative, dok su kompetencije ravnatelja od 2020. određene standardom zanimanja i standardom kvalifikacije. Ovim se radom na temelju Standarda zanimanja i Standarda kvalifikacije ravnatelja/ica odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova kojima su određene kompetencije ravnatelja/ica odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova želio utvrditi stupanj ravnateljskih kompetencija stečenih formalnim nastavničkim obrazovanjem. Formalno nastavničko obrazovanje podrazumijeva stjecanje kompetencija za rad u odgojno-obrazovnim ustanovama. Te se kompetencije u (...) Republici Hrvatskoj stječu u okviru nastavničkih smjerova sveučilišnih diplomskih studija. Istraživanjem se procjenjivala razina stečenih kompetencija odnosno znanja i vještina tijekom takvog obrazovanja, a koja je primjenjiva u poslovima ravnatelja, a provedeno je metodom ankete na uzorku od 200 ravnatelja/ica osnovnih i srednjih škola u Republici Hrvatskoj. Anketirani ravnatelji/ice iskazali su zadovoljstvo kompetencijama stečenim formalnim nastavničkim obrazovanjem posebice za poslove koji se odnose na organizacijsko upravljanje odgojno-obrazovnim procesom i suradnju s roditeljima i vanjskim okruženjem. Međutim, istraživanjem su uočene grupe kompetencija koje ravnatelji/ice ocjenjuju kao nedostatne, uz naglašenu potrebu za profesionalizacijom ravnateljske funkcije. Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju na potrebu provođenja dodatnih programa edukacija ravnatelja/ica koji bi im omogućili stjecanje znanja i vještina koja nisu stekli formalnim obrazovanjem, a ključna su za upravljanje odgojno-obrazovnom ustanovom. Ovim se radom želi prikazati polazna osnova Hobbesovog filozofskog mišljenja. Ona je važna jer je prisutna u svim segmentima njegove filozofije – negdje eksplicitno, a negdje implicitno. Tematizirajući o prvoj filozofiji, Hobbes je pokazao svoja osnovna gledišta kojim želi pokazati znatno razlikovanje od Aristotela i skolastike. Inspiriran dostignućima moderne znanosti svoju filozofiju usmjerava prema mehanicizmu i materijalizmu. Napuštajući tradicionalnu metafiziku, koja je u centar zbivanja stavljala bitak, Hobbes pokazuje privrženost logici i epistemologiji. Taj način filozofiranja omogućuje mu drugačije sagleda (...) realnost od onoga kako je bila poimana kod njegovih prethodnika. Hobbes stvarnost objašnjava kao gibajuću materiju koja se najvjerodostojnije razotkriva proučavajući mehaničke zakone. On nije pokazao samo svoje filozofsko razlikovanje spram prethodnika već i spram suvremenika. Osobitu pažnju plijeni njegova kritika Descartesova dualizma koji razdvaja um i tijelo na dvije metafizičke supstancije.The purpose of this paper is to show the starting point of Hobbes’ philosophy, which is important because it is present in all aspects of his philosophy – sometimes explicitly and sometimes implicitly. In terms of subject of the first philosophy, Hobbes presented his basic views which significantly differ from Aristotle’s and scholasticism. Inspired by the achievements of modern science, he directed his thoughts towards philosophy of mechanicism and materialism. By abandoning traditional metaphysics, which placed the concept of being in the center of attention, he showed great commitment to logic and epistemology. This mode of philosophizing allows him to perceive reality differently than his predecessors. Hobbes explains reality as moving matter which is best disclosed through study of mechanical laws. He not only demonstrated his philosophical distinctions from the predecessors, but also in relation to contemporaries. Particular attention draws his criticism of Descartes’ dualism which separated mind from the body in two metaphysical substances. (shrink)

Igra kao sveprisutna aktivnost ispod površine krije izrazitu kompleksnost i nedohvatnost. Definicije se uglavnom iscrpljuju u tumačenjima svrhovitosti i uporabnosti igre i subjeka igre za ostvarenje određenih ciljeva. Nesumnjiva važnost igre svoje mjesto pronalazi u mnogim razmišljanjima o čovjeku, no iz pokušaja definiranja izlazi kao zatvoreni sistem koji svoju važnost gubi odrastanjem. Ovim radom nastojat će se dotaknuti pitanja bitnih odrednica igre s posebnim osvrtom na tendenciju ograničavanja igre na aktivnost primjenjenu djetinjstvu. U pokušaju prikaza konstitutivnih elemenata igre potražit (...) će se oslonac za tvrdnju o igri kao fenomenu koji nas prati tijekom cijeloga života.Game as an omni-present activity hides an exceptional complexity and unattainability below its surface. Its definitions are mostly exhausted in interpreting the purpose and the use of both games and the subject of games for the fulfilment of certain goals. An unquestionable importance of games lies in countless reflections about man, but attempts to define games make them become closed systems that lose their importance by growing up. This paper attempts to touch on the questions of the important features of games with special emphasis on the tendency to limit games to activities appropriate to childhood. In trying to disclose the constitutive elements of games, a foothold is sought in the statement of games as phenomena that follow us throughout the course of our lives. (shrink)

Na temelju crkvenih propovijedi, historiografskih djela, pohvalnih govora u čast dubrovačkih nadbiskupa i teorijskih rasprava o retorici razmatra se položaj retoričke kulture u Dubrovniku Petrićeva vremena i dokazuje snažan utjecaj vlasti Republike koje su izravno nadzirale aktivnosti u svakom opisanom području. Različiti pogledi i sklonosti stranaca koji su stajali na čelu javne škole omogućuju da se ovaj predmet dublje sagleda, jer su svi dijelili interes za latinsku retoriku. U to su se uklopili pojedini domaći autori, koji su i vlastitim (...) class='Hi'>radom opravdali Petrićevo uvažavanje Dubrovnika. Dubrovačka diplomacija najbolje je dokazala praktične koristi od retorike, što je Petrić osobito cijenio.On the basis of ecclesiastical sermons, historiographical works, eulogies in honour of Ragusan archbishops and theoretical treatises on rhetoric we analyse the status of rhetorical culture in Dubrovnik in the age of Frane Petrić and we prove the strong influence of the Government of the Republic, putting the activities in any mentioned area under their direct surveillance. Different approaches and inclinations of foreign masters of the Ragusan public school enabled us to take a deeper insight into this subject, because all of them shared the interest for the Latin rhetoric. Some among the native authors also contributed to the topic and thus they justified Petrić’s respect for Dubrovnik. The Ragusan diplomacy in the best way showed the practical use of rhetoric, what was highly praised by Petrić. (shrink)

Adam Naruszewicz - the court poet of the last king of Poland was born on 20th October 1733 in Polesie. He studied at Villinus University and in Lyon. Thanks to Adam Kazimierz Czartoryski he established a very close friendship with Stanisław August Poniatowski. In the course of time he started to bring out his political opinions and put some of his plans into practice. He edited Zabawy Przyjemne i Pożyteczne - the first Polish literary magazine. Franciszek Bohomolec printed his main (...) works in Dzieła. However, the first publications has already been issued in Zabawy Przyjemne i Pożyteczne. As far as literary writing is concerned, Adam Naruszewicz gave his undivided attention to contemporary situation. It was difficulties in the country and on the King’s court that inspired Naruszewicz to express his opinions in public. The resources of contemporary political situation, particularly the times of Barski Confederation, the First Partition of Poland and the dissolution of Delegation Representatives were found between 1768—1775 in Poniatowski’s royal collection. The above events, in Adam Naruszewicz’s poems, are presented in the following order: The Barski and Radom Confederation, the abduction of the King and the Frist Partition of Poland. The plots are very important in poet’s life. The writer perceives and comments on the subject touching various areas. Above all, patriotism and love to the Country are the most important issues in Naruszewicz’s works. (shrink)

This volume contains the English translation of Felix Kaufmann's (1895-1945) main work Methodenlehre der Sozialwissenschaften (1936). In this book, Kaufmann develops a general theory of knowledge of the social sciences in his role as a cross-border commuter between Husserl's phenomenology, Kelsen's pure theory of law and the logical positivism of the Vienna Circle. This multilayered inquiry connects the value-oriented reflections of a general philosophy of science with the specificity of the methods and theories of the social sciences, as opposed to (...) abstract natural science and psychology. The core focus of the study is the attempt to elucidate how and under what conditions scientific knowledge about social facts, empirically justified and theoretically embedded, can be obtained. The empirical basis of knowledge within the social sciences forms a phenomenological concept of experience. According to Kaufmann, this concept of experience exhibits a complex structure. Within the meaning-interpretation of human action as the core of knowledge in the social sciences, this structure reaches out across the isolated act of verification toward the synthesis of external and internal experiences. The book opens with a detailed and useful introduction by Ingeborg K. Helling, which introduces the historical and theoretical background of Kaufmann's study and specifically illuminates his relation to Alfred Schütz and John Dewey.
