Ateizmin gerekçelendirilmesi gereken bir tutum olup olmadığı ve hangi koşulların sağlanması durumunda rasyonel bir gerekçelendirmeden bahsedilebileceği sorunu, en az teizmin gerekçelendirilmesi sorunu kadar önemlidir. Bu makalede ateizmin inançsızlık veya Tanrı inancının bulunmaması şeklinde negatif yolla tanımlanması durumunda nasıl bir gerekçelendirmenin öngörüldüğü ele alınmaktadır. Ateizm, inançsızlık olarak ele alınırsa, bu durum onun gerekçelendirmeden muaf olduğu sonucuna götürebilir mi? Ateistin “Tanrı vardır” önermesinin yanlış, “Tanrı yoktur” önermesinin doğru olduğunu gösterme amaçlı bir ispat yükümlülüğü bulunmamakta mıdır? Ateistik gerekçelendirme söz konusu olduğunda (...) karşımıza delilin yokluğu yaklaşımı ve yokluğun delili yaklaşımı olmak üzere iki farklı seçenek çıkar. Bu makalenin konusu olan delilin yokluğu yaklaşımının değerlendirilebilmesi için öncelikle “Tanrı vardır” önermesinin doğruluğuna dair yeterli delil bulunmaması durumunda bu önermenin inkârının zorunlu olup olamayacağı ele alınmıştır. Daha sonra ise yeterli delil bulunmaması durumunun negatif ateizmden pozitif ateizme geçişi meşru kılıp kılamayacağı irdelenmiştir. Makalede ateizmin gerekçelendirilebilmesinin, delilin yokluğunun yokluğun delili için yeterli görüldüğü bir savunmadan ziyade pozitif deliller ile mümkün olabileceği savunulmaktadır. Ateizm, önermesel bir tutumdan ziyade bir tür psikolojik inançsızlık hâli olarak değerlendirilirse bu durum, onun epistemik boyutunun göz ardı edilmesine neden olacaktır. Bu çalışmada ateizmin Tanrı’nın varlığına dair inançsızlık veya bir tür kayıtsızlık hâli olarak görülmesinin imkânı irdelenmekte ve bu durumun ateistik savunuya bir katkı sağlayamayacağının gösterilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Delilci bir bakış açısından herhangi bir delil sunmadan ateizmin doğru olduğu sonucuna ulaşılması, kendi kendisine referansla tutarsız görünmektedir. (shrink)

The use of current developing communication tools has increased the sharing of ideas, while diversifying people's social relations, religious approaches and beliefs has found various areas of interaction on common platforms, as well as many regions of ideological, political, and cultural communication. These virtual places, where people from all classes can express their opinions, are created through social media and internet sites. Amongst are also websites of atheists. Atheists both gained the opportunity to express themselves actively on social media, discussing (...) the reasons for not believing in God on their platforms. These sites, which mostly discuss the inconsistency in religious claims, the criticism of current religious issues, and the problems faced by atheists in social life, also help them organize, come together, make their voices heard, and give the impression that their number is increasing day by day. In this study, three sites advocating atheism, namely 'pozitifateizm.wordpress.com', 'ateizm.blogspot.com' and 'ateistmedya.wordpress.com' will be investigated by evaluating how their supporters define themselves, and some of their main claims will be discussed at descriptive level. The primary aim of this study is not to respond to the claims of them, but to highlight the most basic arguments that define themselves and to analyze what they defend. In doing so, their internal inconsistencies and weaknesses of their criticism will also be pointed out. First of all, we tried to reveal their opinions by focusing on how atheists draw the boundaries and frameworks of their hypothesis. We then examined three issues that they heavily debated between the anti-God and anti-religious claims, which are discussed under many headings on atheist sites. These three building blocks of the main argument are that (i) the evidence for the existence of God is insufficient, (ii) the theory of evolution versus the idea of creation, and (iii) the clash of religion and science. As it is known, besides the cosmological, ontological, and teleological proofs of the existence of God, some different versions of these or derived from them can be seen as secondary proofs. In atheist sites, the "inconsistencies" of the evidence were first examined by dealing with these three basic pieces of arguments. According to them, besides this, no other evidence provides valid and sufficient reasons to believe. Following their arguments, atheists have stated that the evidence claiming God's existence is inconsistent or unfounded. Considering the universe and the living creatures in it as evidence of God's existence, which is one of the most important proofs used by theists, is an important criticism area for them. For, according to them, this issue is within the boundaries of science. Therefore, unlike theists who use the theory of creation to explain the diversity of life in the world, atheists, who resort to the theory of evolution, have argued that it is possible to explain the diversity of living things without reference to God. In the second chapter, we examined how they deal with the theory of evolution, which is defended against the creationist theories in atheist sites. Atheists have stated that evolution based on natural selection and mutation is sufficient in explaining the formation of life on earth. Although not all theists reject the theory of evolution, they object to some of the problems that the theory brings with it, some of which are that this theory, which attempts to explain life, is entirely dependent on blind mutation and natural selection; the claim that human ancestors are related to the ape species; and the primitive mutation system's capacity to create intelligent and conscious creatures. Atheists also made explanations to these objections on their websites and tried to commit the theists' opposing arguments. Another issue atheists emphasize is the relationship between religion and science. This contemporary issue continues to be discussed under the title of “conflict between religion and science” in many platforms, as supporting or not affecting each other. In this respect, our third chapter has emerged as atheists' view of the relationship between religion and science. In this chapter, we discussed on what grounds atheists explain the claim that the structure of religious thought, revelation, and the institution of prophecy do not support scientific thought, on the contrary. As a result of all these analyze, we can say that while atheists prove their claims, they use scientific data in a fragmentary and pragmatist arbitrariness and thus, imprison themselves in a populist discourse. Ateistlerin teizmi reddetme gerekçeleri, genellikle kötülük sorununun teizme karşı en güçlü argüman olduğunu iddia etmelerinde yatmaktadır. Nitekim ateizme göre teizm, bu soruna başarılı bir şekilde cevap verememektedir. Bununla birlikte kötülük sorununun sadece teistler için bir problem olmadığı iddia edilebilir. Bizde bu makale içerisinde bu savdan yola çıkarak, yakın dönemde Yujin Nagasawa’nın geliştirdiği “sistematik kötülüğün varoluşsal sorunu” açısından bu iddiayı ele almaya çalıştık. Bu sorun, başlangıçta, yalnızca dünyadaki belirli olayların veya belirli olay türlerinin kötü olduğunu değil, aynı zamanda insan varoluşunun dayandığı (...) tüm biyolojik sistemlerin kötü olduğunu göstererek, teizm için bir meydan okuma yaratmaktadır. Ancak hem teistlerin hem de ateistlerin tipik olarak dünyanın genel olarak iyi olduğunu ve içinde yaşamaktan mutlu ve minnettar olmamız gerektiğini onaylayan varoluşsal iyimserliği benimsedikleri düşünüldüğünde, kötülüğün bu versiyonu, teizm için olduğu kadar, ateizm içinde bir problem olmaktadır. Makale içerisinde sorunun bu versiyonuna yanıt verirken ateizmin teizme kıyasla önemli bir dezavantajla karşı karşıya kalması nedeniyle, bunun ateizme karşı güçlü bir argüman olabileceğini iddia ediyoruz. Si la dépression du sujet âgé est souvent étudiée sous un angle individuel dans la littérature, la rencontre avec le conjoint du patient dépressif nous invite à l’articuler à une approche groupale du couple. Or, les résonances de la dépression restent mal connues dans le couple âgé, au point que le rôle du conjoint paraît souvent secondaire et qu’il se reconnaît rarement comme un aidant. Pourtant ses réactions aux troubles dépressifs de son partenaire semblent avoir une incidence sur le devenir (...) du lien conjugal et la restructuration du couple âgé face à la dépression. Cet article s’appuie à la fois sur les concepts psychanalytiques de la clinique du négatif et sur les apports de la théorie de l’attachement pour analyser les effets individuels et groupaux de la dépression dans le couple âgé. L’articulation de ces processus tend à éclairer la transformation des vécus de perte et d’étrangeté et l’aménagement du lien conjugal face à la dépression. Plusieurs observations cliniques visent à illustrer ces développements conceptuels. (shrink)

Çin, son dönemlerde Körfez Bölgesine yönelik izlediği aktif politika, Çin Devlet Başkanı Xi Jipping’in (Şi Cinping), 7-9 Aralık 2022 tarihinde Körfez’e gerçekleştirdiği kapsamlı ziyaretle birlikte daha fazla dinamizm kazanmıştır. Bu ziyareti takiben yapılan analizler Çin’in, Körfez açılımını ABD’nin bölgesel hegemonyasını zayıflatmaya yönelik bir girişim olarak değerlendirmektedirler. Aynı ziyaret sırasında Pekin ve Riyad yönetimleri arasında imzalanan kapsamlı anlaşmalar ise ABD’nin Körfezdeki uzun erimli güvenlik partneri Suudi Arabistan’a ilişkin “eksen kayması” tartışmalarını başlattı. Bu çalışma güncelliğini koruyan iki tartışmanın kapsamlı bir muhakemesini yapmayı (...) hedeflemektedir. Bu amaçla uluslararası ilişkiler disiplinin son dönem fenomen teorisi olan hiyerarşinin ilgili argümanları kullanılmaktadır. Bu teorik çerçeveden hareketle, çalışmada ilk olarak Çin’in Körfez siyasetini şekillendiren stratejilerin fiyat arttırma (oubidding) ve negatif dengeleme (negative balancing) olduğu ve bu stratejilerin Körfez Bölgesi ülkeleri açısından yeni imkânlar yarattığı tespitinde bulunulmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra Suudi Arabistan’ın, Çin ile gelişen ikili ilişkilerini hâlihazırda ABD ile sürdürmekte olduğu ilişkisine bir alternatif olarak görmediği, aksine Çin’in bahsi geçen stratejilerinden maksimum kazanım elde ederek otonomisini arttırmaya çalıştığı ayrıca belirtiliyor. In this work, it has been mainly aimed to make a research on origin, meaning and context of two terms [Apophasis and Aphairesis]. These two terms which have an important place within the negative theology that has been thought explicitly appeared first with Pseudo-Dionysos Areopagita –but if required, it can be started in Plotinus, Aristotle, Plato or Parmenides– in history of philosophy [terms which also have been a subject to a misunderstanding, to a problem due to their being understood as (...) synonymous with each other], are tried to be traced back within Greek thinking, culture and especially in Aristotle. With putting forth which sense and context these two terms were used and understood in Aristotle, the meaning and context changes these two terms had historically have been tried to be revealed. Cet article examine la place qu’occupent les réflexions sur la Planétarité en les situant par rapport à deux autres attracteurs, le Terrestre et le Global. Un certain nombre de positions idéologiques contemporaines sont ainsi comparées en fonction de leur situation vis-à-vis de ces trois opérateurs. L’élément central permettant de les distinguer n’est autre que leur rapport aux techniques. Nous proposons de dépasser la difficulté à politiser les enjeux techniques et planétaires en ayant recours au concept de communs négatifs.

Makale, yirminci yüzyılın 30’lu yıllarında Özbekistan’da ateizmin gelişme yollarının, mekanizmalarının ve yöntemlerinin geriye dönük bir analizini sunmaktadır. Özellikle o dönemin komünist dünya görüşünün insanların bilincini nasıl etkilediği ve SSCB'nin eski devletlerinin halklarının ateist eğitiminin ne kadar önemli bir rol oynadığı makalenin ana içeriğini oluşturmaktadır. Dinle mücadele, sosyalist bir toplum inşa etmek için gerekli bir durumdur. O dönemde dini fanatizm ve hurafeler kitlelerin siyasi bilincinin yükselmesine ve sosyalist inşaya aktif katılımlarına engel oluyormuş gibi gösteriliyordu. Modern Sovyet ateist literatüründe, bilimsel ateizm (...) konusunun daha derinlemesine anlaşılması ve sosyal ve doğa bilimleri sistemindeki, özellikle felsefi bilgi sistemindeki yerinin kesin bir tanımına yönelik çalışmalar yer almaktaydı. Bilimsel ateizm teorisinin sorunlarını inceleyen Sovyet filozofları sonuç olarak zor bir zorlukla karşı karşıyadır: Bilimsel ateizmin içeriğinin, yayılma biçimlerinin ve yöntemlerinin, gelişmiş bir dünyada meydana gelen insanların yaşamlarının tüm alanlarındaki derin dönüşümleri nasıl yansıttığını bulmak sosyalist toplum için önemliydi. Ülkemizin muazzam sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel dönüşümleri önceden belirleyen sosyalist yolda gelişmesinin sonuçlarından biri de kitlesel ateizmin oluşması ve istikrarlı bir şekilde büyümesidir. Sovyetler Birliği'nde karşıt sınıfların ortadan kalkması, sınıf mücadelesinin sınırlarının dışa dönük olmasına yol açmıştır. Bilimsel ateizmin yayılmasında Komünist Partinin ideolojik faaliyeti çok büyük bir rol oynuyor. Son olarak, kitlesel ateizmin gelişiminin doğası, propagandasının içeriği, biçimleri ve yöntemleri, dini örgütlerin siyasi konumu tarafından uygulanmış ve uygulanmakta ve uygulanmaya devam etmektedir. Aucune thèse n’a plus contribué à l’écho philosophique des linguistiques structurales, que la célèbre phrase de Saussure : « Dans la langue, il n’y a que des différences, sans terme positif. ». C’est aussi l’une des plus critiquées : le caractère différentiel du signe ne tiendrait-il pas, tout simplement, à ce que le langage est un moyen limité devant communiquer des messages en nombre illimité (cf. Jakobson, Martinet, puis V. Descombes ou Th. Pavel) ? On montre ici que cet évitement (...) de la question ontologique a pourtant un coût théorique : il oblige à adhérer à une conception fonctionnaliste du langage et à une sémantique référentialiste. De plus, contrairement à l’interprétation habituelle, seuls signifiant et signifié séparément sont différentiels ; le signe en totalité, lui, est positif. A travers une relecture de Bergson et Hegel, on montre que la notion de différence qualitative pure est philosophiquement intenable, et on s’efforce de reconstituer la théorie de la valeur à travers la distinction entre différence et opposition. Il en ressort une conception différente de l’idée selon laquelle ce qui caractérise l’espèce humaine, c’est sa capacité symbolique. (shrink)

L’examen de cette question nous donnera l’occasion de faire le point sur les procédures logiques utilisées par ces mêmes médecins empiriques, en particulier (...) sur l’épilogisme, ainsi que sur les conceptions étiologiques de l’école empirique, que nous opposerons à ce que l’on peut connaître des principes méthodologiques et physiologiques de la médecine méthodiste. Avec Hegel, le sens ne se propose plus par le lien religieux d'une communauté et le savoir ne s'ordonne plus à la totalité d'un sens. Depuis Hegel, nous n'avons pas cessé de pénétrer dans cette négativité. L’engouement actuel que suscitent les pratiques OSINT doit beaucoup à leur fonction politique de vérification des discours d’autorité. Mais cette posture contre-discursive à partir des sources ne suffit pas à garantir la légitimité d’une enquête et moins encore la justesse de ses conclusions : une difficulté se pose en ce que les moyens de l’enquête open source peuvent également être utilisés à des fins de propagande ou produire – de manière intentionnelle ou non – de la désinformation. Tanrı tasavvuru, İslam düşünce tarihinin en temel problemlerinden biri kabul edilmektedir. Tanrı’nın aşkın varlığı, O’nun standart kalıplarla tanımlanmasını olanaksız kılmaktadır. İlahi olanla beşeri olanın iletişimi ve etkileşimi, yapısal farklılık bakımından bir takım sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu sorunlardan biri de insan biçimci Tanrı tasarımıdır. Bu tasarım, dinlerin ve felsefenin çözümlemesi gereken önemli bir mesele olarak önümüzde durmaktadır. Biz de Orta Çağ’ın önde gelen dinler ve felsefe tarihçisi, aynı zamanda da kelâm bilgini Şehristânî’nin bu meseleyi nasıl aktardığını, analiz ettiğini ve meselenin (...) çözümüne ilişkin hangi önerilerde bulunduğunu araştırdık. Bu çalışma sayesinde kurumsal anlamda mensupları ve eserleri neredeyse yok olmuş ekollerin görüş ve yöntemleri güvenilir bir şekilde ortaya konularak düşünce tarihi bir boyutuyla aydınlanmış olacaktır. Şehristânî, ne Tanrı’nın mahlûkata ne de mahlûkatın Tanrı’ya benzeyebileceğini savunmaktadır. Dolayısıyla ona göre Tanrı; cevher, cisim, araz, uzay-zamana bağımlı, arazları kabule elverişli ve yaratıklara mahal olamaz. O, Gulât-ı Şîa’nın Tanrı konusunda iki tür teşbih/benzetme yaptığını aktarmaktadır: Birincisi, yaratanı yaratılana; ikincisi ise yaratılanı yaratana benzetmektir. Bu ifade, ne Tanrı’da yaratılış emaresi ne de mahlûkatta ulûhiyet vasfı bulunabileceğine dikkat çekmektedir. O’na göre Gulât-ı Şîa, bu görüşlerinde gayr-i İslami inanç ve ideolojilerin etkisinde kalmıştır. Şehristânî, kimi Kerrâmiyye mensuplarını da Tanrı’yı cevher ve cisim olarak nitelendirmekle itham etmektedir. İslâm düşüncesinin henüz erken dönemlerinde terminolojik bir ittifakın oluşmaması ilerleyen dönemlerde böylesi tartışmalara kapı aralamıştır. Ayrıca Şehristânî, onların Tanrı’nın zâtını hâdis şeylere mahal olarak konumlandırdığını da iddia etmektedir. Oysaki Kerrâmiyye, Tanrı’nın zâtında sonradan ortaya çıkan şeyler/havâdis ile ezeli sıfatlar arasında bir ayrım yapmakta ve sonradan ortaya çıkan şeyleri “ilahi sıfat” olarak değil, hâlikiyyet, mürîdiyyet ve mütekellimiyyet gibi kavramlarla nitelendirmiştir. Nihayetinde Şehristânî, Kerrâmiyye’nin söylemlerini tevil kabul etmeyecek katı antropomorfik ifadeler olarak nitelendirmektedir. (shrink)

L’article propose une lecture groupale, centrée sur la famille, des comportements d’hétéro-agressivité dans la clinique de l’autisme et de la déficience intellectuelle sévère et présente l’intérêt de l’articulation de dispositifs groupaux thérapeutiques. Pour cela, l’auteure met au travail une situation clinique familiale. Elle aborde l’actualisation des dépôts d’un espace à l’autre, les enjeux d’historicisation grâce à une écoute polyphonique et au redoublement d’emboîtement. Enfin, elle montre comment les comportements d’hétéro-agressivité se manifestent comme travail psychique de la pulsion de mort au (...) sein de la famille. (shrink)
