Die noetischen Horizontarten des Wahrnehmens nach Husserl unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des praktischen und szenisch-phantasmatischen Horizonts.Honghe Wang - 2024 - Studia Phaenomenologica 24:235-262.
Following Husserl, horizonality is a fundamental aspect of intentional acts, making the horizon a crucial element in consciousness across all subjective experiences. This article aims to provide a comprehensive exploration of various forms of the noetic horizon in perceiving. It not only considers the well-known inner and outer horizons, as well as the horizon of the kinesthetic “I-can,” but also explores the practical horizon, which has been somewhat overlooked in Husserl’s phenomenology. Die Verteilung und Fortpflanzung der Affektion in der Wahrnehmung nach Husserl.Honghe Wang - 2018 - Studia Phaenomenologica 18:71-90.
Affection in perception does not exhaust itself in a single subjective act of turning-towards an object. Theodor Lipps’ vier Arten der Nachahmung und Revision einiger prominenter Kritiken.Honghe Wang - 2022 - Studia Phaenomenologica 22:209-235.
Theodor Lipps’ doctrine of empathy (Einfühlung) is enjoying renewed relevance today for two reasons. On the one hand, it offers heuristic potential in researching the functionality of mirror neurons. On the other hand, as many of the early phenomenologists gained their conceptions of empathy by examining Lipps’ related works, the presently widespread interest in empathy necessitates a re‑reading of Lipps in phenomenological circles. The critiques that phenomenology launches against Lipps, however, often remain bound to the established cliché interpretations of Lipps. (...)
