El impacto que ha tenido la obra de Žižek dentro de la academia no deberíamos entenderlo como una mera formalidad frente al contenido de su teoría. Lejos de ser un iconoclasta, Žižek parece repetir un gesto riguroso y sistemático que ya encontramos en su autor de cabecera, Hegel. Žižek, Simon, Malabou, son convocados en este ensayo, en tanto renovadores de una lectura contemporánea de Hegel, para repensar la sistematicidad del texto hegeliano a partir del concepto de “intervención”. Pareciera como si (...) Hegel no buscase sistematizar jerárquicamente sus conceptos, sino demostrarnos una relación simétrica entre lo conceptual y lo no-conceptual. Simetría que co-implica a ambos términos en un plano de actividad incesante y frenética, invitándonos a pensar la intervención que redefine el límite entre uno y otro. (shrink)

A continuación, se plantea una genealogía queer de los usos de la teatralidad en las formas contemporáneas del activismo urbano. A partir del encuentro entre ambas líneas temporales defiendo, en diálogo con la obra reciente de Judith Butler, la importancia de la (...) dimensión performativa de las intervenciones individuales en espacios de protesta para entender el alcance movilizador de la acción colectiva. En este artículo se estudian las razones que permiten establecer dos momentos en la filosofía kantiana de la historia, momentos que configuran una sutil evolución que, sin embargo, no contradice la intención esencial de la misma: El primero de ellos, anterior a 1790, se basa en un necesitarismo naturalista conjugado con la idea de la libertad como subsunción a la ley moral, lo cual dificulta la relación teoríapraxis, generando pesimismo histórico y, a la vez, no muy fundadas esperanzas en la (...) intervención del buen príncipe para producir el cambio político y social. El segundo momento, encara la historia desde el juicio teleológico, la admisión de los sentimientos como parte cooperante en la moral y la admiración a la revolución francesa, generando optimismo histórico, otorgando al derecho un papel decisivo en la construcción de la república noumenon y abriéndose a una concepción de la libertad más cercana al libre albedrío. En este artículo se presenta una interpretación de la crítica de la economía política de Marx como teoría filosófica: una teoría de la apariencia que tiene sus raíces en la intervención kantiana en la historia de la metafísica. En primer lugar, se presenta el proyecto de la crítica de la economía política como una crítica de la “apariencia real” “objetiva” [ realer, gegenständlicher Schein ]. A continuación, se apunta a fetichismo y mistificación como las categorías centrales de esta teoría de (...) la apariencia marxiana. Después se precisa su origen y posibilidad en el espacio filosófico abierto por Kant y Hegel, que sientan las bases de una teoría de la apariencia propiamente moderna. Finalmente, se profundiza en esta relación entre Marx y Kant mostrando que es posible clarificar tanto las diferencias como los contenidos del fetichismo y la mistificación al hilo de las dos clases de apariencia pensadas por Kant -según la distinción de Lebrun-, “apariencia lógica” y “apariencia trascendental”. El desarrollo y la especialización que sufrieran los organismos policiales durante la modernidad condujeron a un cuestionamiento en torno a sus competencias para afectar las formas de vida de la sociedad, llegando a un punto máximo cuando esta intervención comprendía limitar la libertad -tanto pública como privada- de los ciudadanos. El debate que surge en torno a la actividad policial en relación con estos dos puntos -entre coerción y libertad- es el presentado a la luz de los pensamientos de Fichte (...) y Hegel, con vista a analizar las condiciones en las que ejerce su acción dentro de la sociedad. The development and specialization that police structures would have suffered during modernity led to a questioning to its competence for affecting the ways of life of society which reached a peak when this intervention included limiting freedom -both public and private- of citizens. The debate about the police activity on these two points is presented here in the light of the thought of Fichte and Hegel in order to analyse the conditions in which police exercises its activity within society.
