Denominamos agir comunicativo-pedagógico a relação entre comunicação e educação, fundamentada em dois importantes postulados epistêmicos, a teoria do agir comunicativo por Jürgen Habermas, e as bases pedagógicas de Paulo Freire (com o olhar da educação popular em saúde). Este ensaio tem como objetivo refletir como o agir comunicativo-pedagógico pode contribuir para a reflexão sobre processos de formação na área da saúde, pautada nas categorias convergentes destes dois autores como: comunicação/diálogo, interdisciplinaridade, democracia, trabalho e emancipação. O agir pedagógico fundamenta-se nas aprendizagens (...) sociais apoiadas na racionalidade comunicativa, de forma a viabilizar uma cultura dialógica, solidária e radicalmente aberta aos processos de transformação pautados na emancipação social. No agir comunicativo, que articula todos os tipos de ação (Teleológica, Estratégica, Normativa e Comunicativa), os falantes vivenciam experiências que oportunizam consensos e entendimentos. Se estabelece uma relação interna entre práxis e racionalidade, elevando o conteúdo normativo da ação orientada para o entendimento recíproco. Habermas e Freire desenvolvem propostas de ações comunicativas que são profundamente interligadas, motivo pelo qual relaciona-se o papel da comunicação nas relações humanas e consequentemente na saúde. A integração do agir comunicativo com elementos da educação popular potencializa a ação pedagógica. Nessa perspectiva, a linguagem passa a assumir as funções de entendimento e coordenação das atividades orientadas por fins dos diferentes sujeitos da ação e o meio da própria socialização. Logo, a linguagem expressa na fala ou gestos constitui-se por resultados da ação social, que pelo compartilhamento torna-se capaz de produzir mudanças e intervenções significativas nos processos formativos em saúde. The obligation of the legalization of entrepreneurial activity from Article 14 of The Act of July 2, 2004 on the freedom of entrepreneurial activity caused deliberations regarding constitutive or declarative character of the legalization entry and as a result, created a problem with indication of the moment when the public law status of an entrepreneur is acquired. The answer to the question whether Central Register and Information of Entrepreneurial Activity or the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register have (...) also the creation function incites many controversies and is subject to discussions, in the process of which two main standpoints were formed. It is also important to note that the resolution of the discussed issue not only holds scientific value, but above all, it has significant importance in practice. Therefore, it is necessary and even essential. Furthermore, it is typical for this issue that concerns related thereto and arguments raised during the discussion have their basis in the legislation in force and in fact, encapsulate the favoured path of its interpretation. The European Union and its member-states’ involvement in the economic sphere, manifesting itself in establishing the rules of entrepreneurs’ functioning – their responsibilities and entitlements – requires a precise determination of the addressees of these standards. Proper identification of an entrepreneur is a condition of proper legislation, interpretation, application, control and execution of the law. In this context it is surprising that understanding the term entrepreneur in Polish law and in EU law is not the same, and divergences and differences (...) in identification are fundamental. This fact formed the objective of this article. It is aimed at pointing at key differences in the identification of an entrepreneur between Polish and EU law, explaining the reasons for different concepts, and also the answer to the question: May Poland, as an EU member-state, identify the entrepreneur in a different way than the EU? Cílem článku je podat kritický rozbor predikcí týkajících se budoucnosti sociálních věd, jak je formuluje Ladislav Kvasz pod záštitou svého projektu „formální epistemologie". Modelem dynamiky vztahů mezi obory na vědeckém poli nabízí Kvasz v otázce střídání paradigmat alternativu ke Kuhnově teorii vědeckých revolucí. Text zkoumá, na jakých základech je mechanismus změn u Kvasze vystavěn a co z toho plyne pro relevanci předpovědí z tohoto modelu vyvozených - především těch o sociálních vědách. K tomu slouží souběžné představení historické metody Michela Foucaulta, (...) který zdůrazňuje potřebu vyvarovat se zavádění falešných kontinuit ve zkoumání trajektorií vědeckých oborů, u kterých dochází ke zlomům v jejich epistemické struktuře. Zvláštní zřetel je kladen na souvislost predikcí s možnostmi odlišit epistemologicky a sociologicky uchopitelné prvky spojené s chodem vědy. Jako klíčový moment se tedy ukáže možnost práce se sociálně vědními obory pomocí jemných nástrojů, které Kvasz vyvinul na vědách exaktních. (shrink)
