Abstract

W pracy postawiona zostaje teza, głosząca że w zależności od dyscypliyny, w której pojęcie osoby funkcjonuje, ma ono odmienne znaczenie i pełni odmienne funkcje. Status tego pojęcia analizowany jest z perspektywy prawnej, filozoficznej, teologicznej i neurobiologicznej. W każdej z tych dyscyplin funkcjonuje ono inaczej i nie ma możliwości prostego przechodzenia pomiędzy wspomnianymi dyscyplinami. The papers posits the thesis that we do not have only one concept of the person. Depending on the discipline where it appears, there is a legal, neurobiological, philosophical and theological concept of the person. The nature of the concept of person is analyzed from four different perspective. The results suggest that each disicpline has its own person which posses specific meaning and function.
