Foreign Capital Policy in China and That in Japan: A Comparative Study
Abstract
History through the introduction of foreign capital to accelerate their development and thus enhance the economic independence of a country's economic dependence as well as loss of autonomy of patients co-exist, the key is how to implement foreign policy. Japan's postwar economic catch-up by foreign capital and to avoid the practice of foreign monopoly of the Japanese economy is worth attention. China and Japan's attitude towards foreign direct investment, foreign capital on favorable terms, the practice of technology transfer, foreign capital and industrial policy, and law enforcement with degrees in areas such as significant differences. Understanding these differences will help us adjust to a positive attitude towards foreign policy response
