Abstract

In this study, we look at how the fraud in financial transaction could be detected using AI and particularly machine learning and predictive analytics. We pattern the fraudulent activity detection using our model and demonstrate high accuracy in detecting fraudulent activities by analysing transaction patterns. It is found that AI can do a great job in real time fraud prevention and have lower false positives as well as increasing security in digital transactions
