Abstract

In a preliminary confrontation of Heidegger with Spengler and Toynbee, one remarks the importance of History and present time to the firts one, as the central focus of philosophic interest, as much in Being and Time, as in a subsequente period when the political compromise of the philosopher with the renewal of Germany spreads to an ontological dimension. Transposed to this dimension the question of technic leads to four paradoxes that change this same question into one aporia.
