Abstract

Metallic mineral resources in Shaanxi Province to strengthen local legislation, both the government according to law, according to the geological survey department, the legal basis for mining law mining, Shaanxi Province, is the legislative needs of the local characteristics, but also necessary for central legislation to add. But the mineral resources in Shaanxi Province where the metal content of the legislation, there are still imperfect legislation, the protection of the environment seriously enough mines, prospecting and mining order is unreasonable, the mine will not ring true political relations and other defects. Therefore, from Shaanxi Province to further improve on the local legislation, revision of the "Shaanxi Provincial Mineral Resources Management Regulations"; research and establishing Shaanxi Province metal mineral resources development and utilization of local laws and regulations; to modify some of the existing local regulations; deepen the mine administration and management institutional reforms to promote Shaanxi metal rational development and utilization of mineral resources. Because exploitation and utilization of geology and mineral resources can speed up the development of economy. Under the policy of the development of western regions in China, Shaanxi province ought to reform local legislation. But there are some problems on Shaanxi province legislation of geology and mineral resources recently.
