Abstract

In the present article the typology of globalization consciousness on grounds of fairness wars using conventional weapons. Highlight a fair, unfair, pacifist and neutral military types globalization consciousness. Military-neutral globalization consciousness is different indifferent, irresponsible attitude towards international military-political problems, causes, nature, consequences and ways to avoid war. Pacifist globalizations consciousness characterized by categorical condemnation of any use of force under any pretext, regardless of the nature of war. The main feature of the wicked type of globalization consciousness is to support unjust wars aimed at a gross imbalance of international interests in favor of a particular entity in international politics. Highlight aggressive-authoritarian, aggressive-democratic, hegemonic-authoritarian and hegemonic-democratic subtypes unfair globalization consciousness. Representatives of fair globalization consciousness categorically condemn unjust war, recognize the urgent need for peace, but the implementation of the principle of fairness in resolving major political conflicts considered a priority political task than military action to prevent any price. Highlight defense, liberation and peacemaking subtypes fair globalization consciousness. It is concluded that an effective practical activities of UN peacekeeping is only possible on condition of formation of peacekeeping globalization consciousness of the world, forming a responsible attitude to political actors humanity defense policy, the implementation of objective evaluation based on the principle of justice.
