Abstract

The studies of Confucianism in mainland China are in the ascendant with many important achievements that are mainly based on arranging the literature on Confucianism and studying Confucianism in the different academic perspectives. As far as arranging the literature on Confucianism is concerned, it focuses on analysis of classic documents and successively carried out the following projects like Ruzang（儒藏），the important basic research on Confucianism and local compilation and study of Confucianism; meanwhile the study of thoughts of Confucianism is more philosophical, textuary and political etc.,which shows the various social and political concerns and some present solutions，and as well promotes the modern development of Confucianism.
