Abstract

The term "function" refers many meanings, and if this concept is defined in terms of human activity, then the function refers to the specific nature of the activity, which reflects the essence of a system and lays the foundation for this activity, defined by goals or instructions. The concept of function in law is used in the sense that it reveals the nature of the social role and significance of law.
