Makiguti Tunezaburo Has Important Contribution in Value Philosophy

Abstract

Saburo Makiguchi Japanese scholars often in his 1931 book "Philosophy of Value," a book on the value of an important contribution to the development of philosophy. First, in the understanding of the nature of value, he believed that the value of the object's properties and to evaluate its interaction produces the main features, functionality, efficiency, results to understand the value of objective science to help understand the value of nature, This is his most important contribution. Second, he difference between truth and value, that the truth does not vary, the value varies. Third, the distinction between knowledge and assessment that is perceived serious nature of the object, the object of evaluation is associated with the main force between the measure. Fourth, the value of the classification, he was put into the value, goodness and beauty categories. Fifth, the value of his philosophy and real life together. That the maximum value is created and the ultimate purpose of human life. Makiguchi value philosophy, the history of philosophy in the value occupies an important position. However, the value of his philosophy also has its limitations. First, it confused the evaluation value and the value up; second is that he is a subjective value, so that the value of philosophy, will lose an objective basis. This shows the value of his philosophy is also marked with the stigma of the times. Japanese scholar Makiguti Tunezaburo has important contribution to value philosophy in his book that is publishing in 1931. First, about the comprehend of value essence, he hold that the value is to produce the function of the each other action in subject and object. This view is his most important contribution to value philosophy. That is to help scientific and objective to understand essence of value. Second, he distinguishes the truth and value. Third, he distinguishes the knowledge and evaluation. Fourth, he holds that the value has three classification , namely the benefit, good and beauty. At last, he unites the value philosophy and real live. Makiguli's theory of value philosophy has important position in the history of the value philosophy. But Makiguti's value philosophy has some defects too. First, he confuses the value and evaluation. Second, he holds that value is subjective
