Abstract

Justice, fairness, equity and other areas there are both the same, there are different, therefore, the complex issue of justice can not be simply attributed to the justice or equity. For the issue of justice from philosophy, system and three levels of daily life study. Accordingly, for justice, fairness, equity and other areas of Analysis also needs to expand from three levels. Just contains all the good things and beliefs, which embodies the truth, goodness, beauty is all about, more the color concept; justice is a community generally agrees with certain institutional factors linked to justice; mainly related to the fair is the operational level of everyday life things, it just follows the same standard rules of the same treatment. Categories such as justice, impartiality and fairness are both identical and different. Therefore it is not fitting to reduce the complicated research of justice to impartiality and fairness. Instead, justice needs to he considered on three levels: that of ideal, institutional, and daily life. Consequently, the distinction of justice, fairness and impartiality needs to be considered on the three levels as well. Justice contains happiness and faith, it is the idea of ​​truth, good and beauty. Impartiality is the social justice that majority of people follow , the justice connecting with the system. Fairness refers mainly to thing on operating level, and needs only to follow the same standard corresponding to the related rules
