Abstract

Gianni Vattimo is the author of a number of books, among which the best known are Poesia e ontologia, Introduzione a Heidegger, and Il soggetto e la maschera. Considered to be the leading Italian critic of Nietzsche and Heidegger, he has not published a new collection of essays that promises to hold great interest for Anglo-Saxon readers. In translation the title and subtitle would read: The Adventures of the Difference: What Thinking Means After Nietzsche and Heidegger.
