Abstract

Chen Xianzhang poetry unaffected joy, full of Charm, the Ming Dynasty poetry for the long silence into the chance of survival. Re interested in truth his theory of poetry, has opened a precursor to the later Gong'an School. His influence Zen Mind by Zhuang, so true, in pursuit of natural and conscious personality, to accommodate a number of emotional experience, with heavy spiritual poetry spirituality have in common. Based on the above facts, we say that he thought the late Ming literary prelude. Chen Xianzhang breathes vitality into the long silent Ming poetry with his sincere yet free lingering poetic appealing. His claim that poetry should be true and delight sets a paradigm for the late Gongan poetic school. Chen's mind philosophy is rather close to Zhuangzi and Zen, pursuing an emptiness both natural and personal. Together with the emotional experience, such a philosophy is parallel to the poetic spirit. For the reasons above, we may hold that Chen inaugurates the literary trends later-Ming period
