Abstract

Genetic resources in western China is extremely rich, but the destruction of resources in recent years, a serious loss. Should therefore be through money, technology, intellectual property and other means, according to area of biological genetic resources for appropriate compensation, the establishment of national genetic resources, compensatory mechanisms, so that our western valuable genetic resources will not be damaged or lost. Western specific natural resource and social factor, biological genetic resources are very rich. To arouse western enthusiasm, we should compensate appropriately these areas due to protecting biological genetic resources by currency, technical, intellectual property and so on.
