Abstract

Case teaching is a kind of teaching method based on empirical facts. It was introduced into China’s educational circles in the 1980s, which promoted the innovation of school teaching methods and the reform of students’ learning methods. Case teaching has been carried out for many years. Against the background of students’ development, this study explores the effective strategies to optimize case teaching from the perspective of its connotation, value, objectives and learning methods.
