Giftedness as a philosophical problem: the essence, the prospects for solutions in the University

Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of giftedness, which affects the quality of life for both the individual and society as a whole. It emphasizes the need of awareness features of formation and education of gifted children and youth. We consider the indicative list of qualities of the creative person, which includes a subsystem and subsystem motivational qualities of character qualities. It was found that the ability to read is the creative expression of individual talent. The analysis is implemented in philosophical direction.
