Insulting lexemes and analysis of their linguistic-criminological

Abstract

This article analyes insulting lexemes and their lexical and legal classification, as well as linguistic-criminological analysis. In the recent past, there have been reports of invective lexemes being considered insulting, but not today, and moving towards neutral lexicons. In general, the concepts of insult and humiliation are explained. An analysis of the use of vulgar lexical items, vulgar words, rude and obscene words as insults.
