Abstract

RESUMENEste artículo propone una aproximación a la ética de la alteridad de Emmanuel Lévinas tomando como eje argumentativo la noción «rostro». En primer lugar, este concepto nos permitirá profundizar en la articulación de la relación de alteridad bajo un enfoque pragmático-lingüístico. Posteriormente, nuestra reflexión se abrirá a un análisis del mismo, en tanto que palabra y discurso, que derivará en un estudio de la responsabilidad levinasiana. Finalmente, y aún a partir de esta noción, se ahondará en la actualidad del sentido y de la significación de la ética de la alteridad de Emmanuel Lévinas.PALABRAS CLAVESALTERIDAD, EXPRESIÓN, INTERPELACIÓN, ROSTRO, SENSIBILIDADABSTRACTThis article presents a close study on the ethics of alterity based on the notion of «face». Firstly, this concept will enable us to examine in detail the constitution of alterity relationship following a pragmatic and linguistic focus. Furthermore, this reflective study will lead to an analysis of «face» both as word and discourse, concluding with a study on Levinas’s concept of responsibility.
