Abstract

« Art de l'esprit » et « Art de la prudence » constituent chez B. Gracián les deux aspects d'une pensée non dialectique cherchant à maîtriser les apparences et le temps : par la saisie immédiate des correspondances dans l'écriture conceptiste ; par la maîtrise de l'occasion dans la pratique politique. B. Gracián's « Arte de Ingenio » and « Arte de Prudencia » represent two aspects of a non-dialectic thinking that aims at overcoming appearance and time : through immediate understanding of correspondences in concettism, and mastery of opportunity in political practice
