Abstract

Environmental history of man and nature together for the overall dynamic of the study, the natural environment is seen as a positive part of that historic drama of the dynamic performance factors. This idea of the history of the development of revolutionary significance. With the environmental history of the visual field observed economic history, can some of the major issues - such as the nature of economic activity "participation", the natural environment of the human "response", the limited resource supply and consumer demand infinite nature of conflict, etc. - to deepen or refresh our understanding of the history of disciplines to become the new economic growth point. Marx and Engels on the relationship between man and nature made ​​a profound dialectical analysis. Environmental history can get from the Marxist theory of theoretical support and guidance of the Marxist theory of history is also available from the academic environment, history and development of practice to get rich. Environmental History provides a dynamic and comprehensive investigation to man and nature as a whole, in which nature is to be seen an organic part on the stage of history. Such a view could be revolutionary to the development of history, ie, to study economic history in the perspective of environmental history, it is possible to deepen or upgrade our knowledge upon magnificent issues such as nature's "participation" to economic activity, man's "measure" to his natural environment, and the dilemma between limited resources and limitless demands. With the guidance of Marx and Engles' penetrating dialectic analysis to the relationship between man and nature, environmental history studies may secure their theoretical foundation which in turn will enrich the development of Marxist historiography
