Financial Reform in China: Emphases, Difficulties and Approaches

Abstract

For the development of socialist market economy, the traditional financial system to conduct a comprehensive deepening the reform, and organizational constraints of the current system of innovation has become the key to the deepening of China's financial reform and focus. Financial organization of innovation facing difficulties, mainly refers to the state-owned specialized banks in promoting the transition process to the commercial banks, there are some difficult to resolve the contradictions and difficulties, such as the original is difficult to dispose of non-performing credit assets, commercial finance business and financial policy business is difficult to separate, specialized banks and state-owned enterprises' credit assets soft constraints "such relationship is difficult to rationalize. Therefore, to accelerate the pace of innovation in the financial organization system, and actively create the conditions for transition to commercial banks, in addition to state-owned specialized banks, allowing non-state owned economic sectors, the new joint-stock financial institutions
