The Problem of No Best World (NBW) traditional versions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam ‐ all maintaining that God is a perfect being God is a being, than which none greater is possible God, traditionally understood to be the creator and sustainer of all philosophers, pursuing a different criticism of theism based on NBW theistic responses: four categories ‐ theist rejecting NBW and reverting to Leibnizian view of a unique best Criticisms of P 1 ‐ Bruce Langtry offering an argument that can be construed as a criticism of P1 Criticisms of P 2 ‐ Thomas Morris identifying two theses that might be thought to underwrite P2
