Devil’s Advocates: On the Ethics of Unjust Legal Advocacy
Abstract
I argue that it is morally wrong for a lawyer to pursue a legal outcome that he knows to be unjust, such as the acquittal of a guilty client or the triumph of the wrong side in a lawsuit.Author's Profile
