Abstract

In Dankbaar en aandachtig, Sam IJsseling discusses his life, his philosophical background, the way that he was influenced by Heidegger and Derrida and how he saw the philosophical world change over more than half a century. This article explains how these interviews came about, how they were conducted and how they eventually became a book.
