Abstract

The essay aims, in the first place, to reconstruct in broad outline the history of the concept of Weltanschauung from Kant to Dilthey and, in the second place, to highlight similarities and differences between the historical-existential concept of Weltanschauung by Dilthey and the psychological-existential one by Jaspers.
