Abstract

Resumo: Este artigo pretende investigar a noção boeciana de felicidade, a partir de três momentos fundamentais: a definição formal de felicidade; a explicitação do que a felicidade não é; a identificação entre Deus, o bem e a felicidade. Por fim, concebendo a ética eudaimonista de Boécio como paradigmática da ética clássica, pretende-se estabelecer algumas comparações entre esta e a ética moderna.Palavras-chave: Felicidade - Deus - bem - absoluto - ontonomia - autonomia.: This paper aims to investigate boethian notion of happiness, by three fundamental steps: the formal definition of happiness; the demonstration what happiness is not; the identification among God, good and happiness.
