Abstract

This chapteris a critique of accounts of competence and skill, in the context of the "Skill and Technology" programme at the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology. It is a response to "Beyond all Certainty", the philosophical dialogue by Bo Göranzon and Anders Karlqvist, which deals with encounters between Russell, Wittgenstein and Turing.
