Abstract
Our world has seen and continues to see unprecedented times. The multiplying issues and challenges glaringly call our attention to the depth of humanity, our interactions, and the decisions that affect our inner peace, our environments, and our lives: professional and personal. Our inner mechanisms and the attention we pay to personal and collective strength have come to be viewed as desirable abilities translating into competencies like resilience, work-life balance, conflict resolution etc., within the home and workplace. There is an urgent need for a dialogue about the function of unprecedented events, and a call to black swan transformation; making meaning and building value for connection with ourselves and our ecosystem. The transformation must start with understanding the self. From there, we can grasp and take ownership of what and how we contribute to the world. Learning how to tune into, make meaning from, and align to our innermost awareness provides us with a solid foundation from which to engage with the world. The interpersonal dimension involves building wholesome relationships with our friends, peers, families, organisations and nature. Our lives and relationships will reflect back at us that which is not clarified and addressed in ourselves. That is why it is essential to start with the inward journey, elaborate on its importance, and open the door for action through psychospiritual development. By enhancing the role of connection through coaching, we bring individual purpose to the overall message.
