The current study included testing the effect of antibiotic effect on E. Coli bacteria isolated from cases of urinary tract infection and diarrhea in calves. 49 samples from veterinary clinics in Al-Qasim and Al-Hashimiya during the period from March to July 2022. The results showed 10 isolates of E. coli diagnosed in calves. 4 isolates from 24 samples UTI, while 6 isolates from 25 samples diarrhea infections in calves. The isolates were re-diagnosed according to culture tests, Gram stain and biochemical (...) test.It was growth on the MaCconkey agar and it gave a pink color, as well as on the grom agar, it gave a green color, but on the EMBagar it gave a green metallic sheen. Antibiotic susceptibility testing was performed on isolates of Escherichia coli by kirby-bure method. The results showed that E. coli was 100% resistant to ciprofloxacin and 90% to levofloxacin, while the rest of the antibiotics were less resistant. Also, the efflux pump genes responsible for E. Coli's AcrA were detected using polymerase chain reaction and all E. Coli isolates showed contain those genes. Therefore, this study was aimed to assess the in vitro antibiotic activity against E. coli as well as to shed spot light upon its efficacy in reducing E. coli infection in calves. (shrink)

The Objective of this study was to determine the effect of the community temporary direct assistance program of the basic needs fulfillment of the poor people in boliyohuto subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency. Moreover, this study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 85 respondents. This data used were primary data taken through observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis this study was done by applying simple linear regression analysis by SPSS 25 Program. The findings (...) revealed that the R-Square value was 0.409, this value meant that 40.9 % of changes in the basic needs fulfillment variable could be affected by the community temporary direct assistance program. However, wage has a negative tendency on labor productivity, which means that for every 1% increase in wage, the labor production value of the Krawang Industry will decrease by 0.298. In contrast, the age variable has a positive tendency on labor productivity, meaning that for every 1% increase in age, the labor productivity value of the Kerawang Industry will increase by 0.1743. Change detection method is one of the important subject of remote sensing. Which is sufficient to determine the changes for period of time to land cover and land use. In this paper used NDVI for change detection to Al Himreen area by using satellite images for land sat-7 ETM+ for 2000 and 2006. After observation the results of standard deviation for four band to first time was 47.82. The standard deviation for same band in second time was 45.28, so its (...) lower about 0.02%.The standard deviation for five band to first time was 84.73.This value low in second time at 49.13. Its lower about 0.3%. When using NDVI for these bands and calculate standard deviation was 61.14and 49.80 for first and second times respectively. The standard deviation is low about 0.11%. This study aims to determine fee-based income and credit distribution in increasing profit growth during the Covid-19 Pandemic at Bank BRI Unit Kota Selatan. The source of data in this study is secondary data from Bank BRI Unit Kota Selatan in the form of profit data, Fee Base Income. The data analysis technique used is the coefficient of change analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Marginal Fee Base Income value to assess the competitive advantage of Fee Base (...) Income shows that changes in profit growth are caused by changes in Fee Base Income of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Kota Selatan Gorontalo City is still relatively low in competitiveness, especially in 2020 and 2021, which continues to decline. Meanwhile, seen from the comparative results, it is found that Fee Base Income is able to contribute to a larger profit than profits from credit, although consistently credit is still better. The Marginal Value of credit to assess the competitive advantage of credit shows that changes in profit growth are highly dependent on changes in credit which indicate that credit has superior competitiveness in increasing profit growth of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Kota Selatan Gorontalo City. Meanwhile, judging from the comparative results, it was found that credit was more dominant during the 2019 quarter 4 to 2021 quarter 4 in contributing to the overall increase in profit at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kota Selatan Unit Gorontalo City. The medical discourse shows that Covid-19 has affected the lives of people all around the world. The present study aims to investigate the ideologies in medical discourse in selected Eastern and Western media news using Van Dijk’s ideological square framework. The data was collected from five news articles selected purposely during the timeframe of December 2019 to April 2022. AlJazeera, CNN, New York Times and BBC were selected. The media discourse transcripts include more than 4000 clauses analysed using Vand Dijk (...) microstructure and content analyses to analyse occurrence, frequencies of Evidentiality, Hyperbole, Metaphor, Negative Lexicalisation, and Number Game. The study found that evidentiality was the most common strategy found in both newspapers. Another interesting point is that although hyperbolic language was used to a great extent in eastern media news, hyperbole was the least frequent strategy employed in western media news. In terms of similarities and differences, “all the news organizations were focused on the governments as they have mentioned the words “government,” state,” and “governor”. All the news organizations covered issues regarding the pandemic. On the other hand. Decision of the Financial Sector Policy Committee Number: Kep.03/K.KKSK/ll/2000 dated November 10, 2000 and Guidelines for the Implementation of the Credit Asset Sales Program III of the National Bank Restructuring Agency which prohibits the purchaser of receivables from having a relationship with the debtor, either directly or indirectly. In practice, the National Bank Restructuring Agency sells state receivables in the form of a Cessie to buyers affiliated with the debtor. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, namely (...) how to regulate the sale of state receivables in the form of claims on behalf to buyers who are affiliated with the debtor? And how is the legal certainty of the sale of state receivables in the form of a Cessie to buyers who are affiliated with the debtor? This research is a normative juridical research so that what is studied is the legal principles and legal rules that are still valid from the literature and court decisions. The theory used in this research is the causal theory according to Aristotle and the legal certainty theory according to Ultrecht. The results show that the regulation of the sale of state receivables in the form of claims on behalf of to buyers affiliated with the debtor, as stated in Article 613 of the Civil Code where Cessie is the delivery of receivables on behalf of and other intangible objects, is carried out by making an authentic deed or under the hand, with which the rights to the material are delegated to others. Where in the implementation must comply with the Decision of the Financial Sector Policy Committee Number Kep.03/K.KKSK/ll/2000 and Guidelines for the Implementation of the Credit Asset Sales Program III of the National Bank Restructuring Agency which prohibits the purchaser of receivables from having a relationship with debtors, either directly or indirectly. Legal certainty of the sale of state receivables in the form of a Cessie to buyers who are affiliated with the debtor is still valid if the transfer process is in accordance with the provisions of Article 613 of the Civil Code and in accordance with the provisions of Article 1320 of the Civil Code. However, if the seller can legally prove that in the process of buying and selling state receivables in the form of a Cessie there is a legal fact of affiliated parties, then the sale of state receivables can be cancelled. In this case, it is not “null and void” but becomes “cancellable” until the judge decides. This is because the sale and purchase of state receivables in the form of a Cessie violates subjective conditions, so that the seller as the aggrieved party has the right to request the cancellation of the agreement and demand recovery as before. The article has analyzed national and cultural peculiarities of English and Uzbek phraseological units with an “animal” component. The research analysis showed that phraseological units with an “animal” component came into the English language from various cultures make up the most numerous groups of phraseological units with national and cultural components of semantics.

The research aims to determine whether the development of Botutonuo beach as a tourist attraction has a relation with the income of coastal community. The populations involved in this current research are 100 respondents, whereas the samples, determined by using Slovin formula, are 50 of them. the data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis to observe alternative strategies that can be used to develop Botutonuo beach. The second data analysis applies Production Cost. and Revenue and Profit Approaches to find out the (...) relationship between the dewelopment of Botutonuo beach and the community income. This article provides the historical study of English phraseology as a science. In particular, in the the research we studied the theory of phraseology in English linguistic literature by P.Vizateli, A.McKay, U.Weinreich, L.P.Smith devoted to international phraseology. The research of Ch.Hockett and other scientists were studied. At the same time, the definitions of phraseological unit and idiom given by English and Uzbek linguists were analyzed comparatively.

The current study describes the use of modal verbs in essays written by Iraqi B.A. students at Tikrit University. The main aim of the present study is to discover how participants use modal verbs in essay writing to provide a detailed analysis that will assist them in improving their writing. 84 Iraqi B.A. students at Tikrit University participated in this study. The participants wrote Eighty-four essays; each participant wrote one essay on a different topic that was chosen. Adopting Palmer’s classification, (...) the modal auxiliary verbs used by the participants were classified into three categories; a) Epistemic modality; b) Deontic modality; c) Dynamic modality. The results of the current study show that the participants used ‘can’ followed by ‘will’, ‘must’, ‘may’, ‘should’, and ‘would’. It was concluded that the students had overused some modal verbs. In addition, it was also determined that they had misused some modal verbs in their writings. It was because the public or buyers were more interested in visiting modern minimarkets. The profit of the grocery stores was decreased with the emergence of modern minimarkets around them. The article presents the results of a study of the current state of nutrition of students living in the southern regions of Uzbekistan. Critical thinking skills are able to prepare students to think in various disciplines, and can be used to fulfill intellectual needs and develop the potential of students. Evaluation, The results of research on the development of teaching materials based on the results of expert assessments of (...) teaching materials obtained an average percentage of eligibility of 86.25% with a very feasible category. Based on user responses in small group trials, the average percentage of eligibility is 85.23% and is included in the "Very Eligible" category, while the feasibility of teaching materials based on user responses in large group trials obtained a feasibility percentage of 93.54% and is also included in the very decent category. Learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes of the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Gorontalo with a coefficient of determination of 24.70%. Parents' economic status and learning discipline together have a significant effect on student learning outcomes of the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Gorontalo with a coefficient of determination of 38.30%. While the remaining 61.70% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as student interest in learning, learning motivation, student intelligence both intellectually, emotionally and spiritually as well as the accuracy of the learning facilities provided by parents. The background of this research is to improve the ability to write Indonesian paragraphs through structured questions for fifth grade students of SDN 9 Bone, Bone Bolango Regency. The subjects of this study were students of class V, totaling 13 students, with 3 male students and 10 female students. The method used is classroom action research by implementing the action in the form of a cycle. This study shows that the ability to write paragraphs of students in class V SDN (...) 9 Bone is still low. This is indicated by the low ability to write paragraphs of students at the time of initial observation, with a percentage level of 7.69% in the capable category of the total number of students, namely 13 students. Therefore, the researchers took action using structured questions in writing paragraphs, from the results of research conducted on students' paragraph writing skills, there was an increase of 23.07% in the first cycle of the first meeting with the category of being able, 38.46% of the first cycle of the second meeting with able category and 61.53% with capable category in the first cycle of the third meeting. While in the second cycle of the first meeting the increase in learning outcomes reached 76.92% in the capable category and in the second cycle of the second meeting there was an increase. So the conclusions, including; after carrying out the class action activities, the ability to write paragraphs of students at the time of initial observation reached 7.69% in the poor category; after the class action activities were carried out, the students' paragraph writing skills in the first cycle increased compared to the initial observation of 61.53% with a fairly good category; after the class action activities were carried out, the students' paragraph writing skills in cycle II increased by 84.61% in the good category; increasing the ability to write paragraphs in the aspect of writing paragraphs with good sentence structure, writing with correct spelling, and writing paragraphs with proper punctuation; the application of structured questions to improve the ability to write paragraphs for fifth grade students at SDN 9 Bone, Bone Bolango Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the psychological well-being of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used was descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of Bumi Sarana Utama at PT Hadji Kalla Makassar. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique, namely the sample had been appointed and recommended directly by PT Hadji Kalla Makassar as many as 221 people. The problem in the research is "Is the communicative approach able to improve the ability to tell the contents of reading to students?". The purpose of this study was to improve students' ability to tell the contents of the reading through a communicative approach SMA Negeri 1 Kontunaga 2021/2022. This study aimed to compare the growth of chrysanthemum explants from the concentration of Young Coconut Water and Old Coconut Water in vitro. This research was conducted at the Biotechnology Laboratory of Klabat Airmadidi University – Manado, North Sulawesi in February – May 2020. This study used a completely randomized design consisting of Young Coconut Water and Old Coconut Water, each with 3 treatments MS0, 15% and 30% so that 5 treatments were obtained and repeated 10 times. The results of the observational variables used were explant shoot height, 30% Young Coconut Water and 30% Old Coconut Water had an effect on explant shoot height at the age of 2 MSK, 4 MSK and 6 MSK. The explant shoot height data showed that Old Coconut Water was 30% better than Young Coconut Water 30%. The variable number of shoots treated with MSO greatly affected the number of shoots. The research shows that education of early childhood in the context of family more emphasizes the aspect of good attitude of parents and other family members, as a form of stimulus to deliver the educational messages to children. The result of the finding of hadith about early childhood education is numerous and characteristically varies. Moreover, one of the hadith which is seen as relevant to this topic is the hadith found on the book of Sunan Abi Daud. There are some main things which can be made as the keyword of early childhood education based on the hadith which emphasizes the role of family mainly in fostering Islamic characteristic values in early childhood such as: 1) the importance of the education of shalat for early childhood, 2) the disciplinary education for early childhood, 3) sex education for early childhood. The reinterpretation of this hadith in early childhood education emphasizes the importance of character education for early childhood in the family. It aimed to develop children’s mentality to be accustomed with religious environment, so it is expected to affect the behaviour of children in the future. Although this research did not discuss about the process of takhriij al-hadis and the quality of the validity of its sanad and matan, but it is expected to provide information from the content of the matan and sanad which can raise the awareness of family about the importance of early childhood education mainly in the fostering of Islamic characteristic values. This study aims to determine the effect of coconut water and MSG on the growth of chrysanthemum explants in vitro. This study is held in the Tissue Culture Lab of the Faculty of Agriculture of Universitas Klabat from September 2019 to January 2020. This study uses a completely randomized factorial design with two treatment factors, namely coconut water and MSG. The variables observed were the number of shoots, plant heights, and the number of leaves. Observations were made each week for (...) 8 weeks after the explants were planted. Coconut’s water dosage that gives the highest number of shoots is 15%, while the dosage for the tallest plant heights and the most leaves is 30%. The dosage of MSG that gives the best result for the number of shoots is 2 ppm, and 1 ppm for plant heights and the number of leaves. The best combination of coconut water and MSG for the number of shoots is 15% coconut water and 0 ppm MSG; for plant heights, 30% coconut water and 2 ppm MSG; and for the number of leaves, 15% coconut water and 0 ppm MSG. This study aims to quantify the correlation between smoking and COVID-19 disease progression. This cross-sectional study done on 200 COVID-19 patients have been recruited from Al-Diwaniyah teaching hospital, Iraq in period of 1st of November, 2020 to the end of February, 2021, to assess the effect of smoking on susceptibility and/or clinical symptoms of SARS-COV2 infection. During the time of this study, no strong evidence was available suggest that smoking have an effect on severity of SARS-COV2 infection. Smoking is not a risk factor for having bad COVID-19progression. even if one might have anticipated the opposite. Thus, the epidemiological data seem to question the role of coexisting active smoking as a risk factor for COVID-19 pneumonia. (shrink)

This article analyzes the connotative meanings of the lexical units used in a work of art. In particular, on the basis of the connotative meanings of the words used in H. Davron's prose, the peculiarities of the writer's style are revealed.

It is well known that a number of forms of repetition are used in poetry. In particular, the epiphora, as an element of poetic syntax, serves to express certain meanings in poetry. The article discusses the relationship between “radif” and epiphora, and reveals the artistic functions of this type of repetition on the example of poems by poets such as Erkin Vahidov, Abdulla Aripov, Usmon Azim, Iqbol Mirzo.

A factorial experiment applied according to randomized complete block design and with three replications during the winter season 2021-2022 in the greenhouse of the College of Science, University of Babylon in a soil with a mixed tissue to study the effect of extracts of pomegranate plant residues on the growth of some ornamental plants were studied. The results indicated a different in the effect of pomegranate peel extract between stimulating and inhibiting the growth of some ornamental plants. The extract showed (...) an inhibitory effect on all growth characteristics of Calendula officinalis plants. As for the Tagetes erecta plant, it showed an increase in root length and a slight increase in the number of leaves. As for the length of the leaf, it did not. The extract has no significant effect, while we note a stimulus to growth in the Althaea rosea plant when the same treatment As for the effect of the plant extract on the anatomical characteristics of the Calendula officinalis and Tagetes erecta leaf, it gave the highest rate in the dimensions of normal epidermal cells and on both the adaxial and abaxial surfaces under the effect of the treatment, except for the abaxial surface of the Tagetes erecta leaf. The treatment gave the lowest rate of stomata length compared to the control plant. Treating the Althaea rosea plant with the plant extract results in an increase or decrease in the dimensions of the epidermal cells and their stomata on both the adaxial and abaxial surfaces. The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of the proliferation of online loans in the midst of a pandemic in the perspective of economic sociology. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, namely to describe and describe in depth related to the existence of online loans during the pandemic. Fulfillment of the 30% figure in the management of political parties is inversely proportional to the fulfillment of the quota of women sitting in the DPR RI. The target to be achieved, which is 30% for women in the DPR RI, has not been fulfilled even though it always increases in each period. In the 1999- 2004 period, the number of women in the DPR RI only reached 9.0%, in the 2004-2009 period, the number of women in the DPR RI (...) only reached 18.8%, and in the 2009-2014 period, the number of women in the DPR RI reached 18%. The representation of women in parliament in the 2009-2014 period in the DPR RI was 103 members out of 560 members, in the provincial DPRD there were 321 members from 2005 members, and in the district/city DPRD there were 1,857 out of 15,758 members.. The inclusion of 30% in several laws governing women 's representation is still a debate whether the inclusion of the 30% figure has violated the human rights of women which are constitutionally guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution, that every citizen has the right to have equal opportunities in government. On the other hand, the question arises why only 30% is regulated in the law, why not more than that. Then the inclusion of the figure of 30% women's representation in the law makes political parties that want to recruit women in their political parties, only recruit 30 % of women's representation and will not be more than that amount, so that women continue to be discriminated against in the political field. In the 21st century where information has become easily available and accessible, education has shifted its attention to teaching students how to process and think critically about the information they receive. Welcoming the changes that education constantly witnesses, the field of English Language Teaching has embraced theintegration of critical thinking. Accordingly, the present article aims to explore the effect, if any, of integrating critical thinking on learners’ use of critical thinking skills in argumentative writing. To this end, an experimental study (...) was conducted; 36 Moroccan EFL learners from the department of English were divided evenly into an experimental group and a control group. While the participants in the experimental group were taught writing with critical thinking skills, the others were taught writing with no reference to these skills. The participants in both groups took a pre-test and posttest to evaluate the development of their use of critical thinking skills in argumentative writing. The data which has been quantitatively analyzed indicates that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group. The students’ ability to use more credible evidence, address alternative arguments, support conclusions, and maintain the logical flow of ideas in their essays did not reach a mastery level in the posttest, yet the average level they reached is reassuring in view of the short time of the training they had. An integration of CT for longer periods may bring forth encouraging outcomes. (shrink)

It has been established that the absolute indicators of the length and mass of the muscular part of the stomach of broiler chickens of the ROSS-308 cross significantly increase in the period from the first day of postnatal ontogenesis to 14 days of age, and at the subsequent stages studied, this process proceeds without significant deviations. Chicken liver has long been known as a valuable food product - an offal that has dietary, therapeutic and therapeutic value. Chicken liver is recommended in the nutrition of people, especially children, pregnant women, in the postpartum recovery period and during surgical interventions, with chronic fatigue, physical and mental overwork, people prone to atherosclerosis, obesity and diabetes.

This study intends to reduce production costs in order to improve the competitiveness of units operating in Iraqi environments by enhancing process design. The mechanical carpet factory was chosen as a case study, and the findings were applied to all units in the same setting. We will collaborate on rationing production costs by investigating processes using rationalization methods to determine where to start and what the best way is to improve the design of processes and their outputs in terms of (...) performance level, price, quality, and customer’s satisfaction in order to achieve the research goal. This research is dedicated towards understanding which language facilitates the learning process amongst students. The focus of study was on two languages English and Arabic and they have been used interchangeably as L1 and L2 depending upon the situation. The research was conducted mainly in Missouri State University and Arabic, Iraqi and American students were engaged to participate in the study. Teachers who teach using L1 and L2 languages were also interviewed. The research was qualitative based and sampling technique adopted (...) was convenience and purposive. Data analysis showed that students felt comfortable using L1 during beginner courses and then expressed that they preferred use of L2 once they reached higher levels. Further, they commented that L1 should be used to understand new and difficult concepts. The teachers’ opinions were also similar as that of students. This article is designed to make it easier for primary school teachers to deliver economic knowledge to students in a simple, fluent manner, and to make it more effective to increase students economic literacy.

A factorial experiment was conducted in the autumn season 2020-2021, which included the study on two factors: the first: three concentrations of salicylic acid ppm placed in the main plots, while the second factor is ten hybrids introduced from randomized complete block design according to the split-plot and with three replication. The results showed significant phenotypic variance in the traits of ear diameter if it reached 1.894. The phenotypic variance was significant in the two traits of plant height and ear (...) length if it amounted to 1.217-0.321, respectively, while the coefficient of phenotypic variation was medium. The highest direct effect of the weight of 300 grains on the yield was 0.06602 at the concentration, and the highest direct effect of the traits of the ear weight on the yield, which amounted to 0.96506 at the concentration, and the highest direct effect on the yield of the ear weight, which amounted to 0.47730. The grains per ear were the ear weight and the weight of 300 grains, which amounted to 0.466, 0.839, 0.501, 0.636, 0.982, and 0.63, respectively at a concentration, and the highest phenotypic correlation with the yield for ear diameter was a number of grains per ear, the ear weight and the weight of 300 grains at the concentration. Debate on Second Language Acquisition is not just about the concept but also about the real-world facts that underlie each study's findings. To better understand how children and adults learn languages, more research has needed in the field of Second Language Acquisition. Children and adults discover their first and second languages through this study. Purposive sampling has been used to identify the participants' ages, which were a mix of children and adults. Who handpicked six people based on a set of (...) criteria? A content analysis technique has been used to assess all of the data gathered during the investigation. The results demonstrated that a fetus has tried to acquire noises subconsciously since it has been alive inside the mother's womb, especially for up to three months. The three aspects of the Phased Process Approach, namely Subconscious Acquisition, Conscious Acquisition, and Learning, define language proficiency. As early as the age of two or three, youngsters can make sense of any information they receive since they are capable of retaining meaning. The purchase procedure has already begun the learning process. Research shows that youngsters learn to speak in stages depending on how quickly their brain grows. Children and adults both learn languages in the same way, albeit adults face different challenges when mastering their first language because adults have a far more solid foundation in their first language than children do.
